Your customers can become your investors. Here's proof. There are only two ways to raise capital. Friends and family, or a VC firm. We took a third door. We became the first Latin American company to raise capital from the crowd. It matters what you're building.

Stop chasing investors. Turn your community into them. @Miss_Internet raised $100M+ through alternative fundraising models and learned that customers and supporters can become powerful investors and advocates. Rethink how you raise capital: buildyourcastle.ai/mastercla…

@SECPaulSAtkins please look again Sir. The level of transparency and information given to Investors has been unparalleled through this project and it is totally unfair how SEC actions are impacting our investments

Thank you to today’s SEC leadership for ending the war on American innovation. Now finish the job: undo the damage inflicted on thousands of Unicoin investors by a baseless lawsuit designed to stop our ICO. The war on crypto is over. Justice for Unicoin must follow. @SECPaulSAtkins
🚨SHOCKING: SEC official says Biden's crypto strategy was to "stop it reaching the United States." Commissioner Mark Uyeda says the Biden-era SEC was engaged in "regulation by enforcement" against crypto. He laid out three steps the Trump SEC has taken to reverse it: 1. Pulled back enforcement cases that "were just not going to hold water." 2. Clarified what falls inside and outside SEC jurisdiction. 3. Proposed new fundraising rules allowing crypto startups to raise up to $75 MILLION without full registration. Uyeda says he is "very optimistic" Congress will pass the Clarity Act.

Dear @SecScottBessent, @ChairmanSelig and @GenslerArchive: As an American entrepreneur—and one of the few women founders in crypto—I’m asking for your help. Unicoin was the final target of Gary Gensler’s brutal war on crypto, despite being Made in America, public-reporting, independently audited, and arguably one of the industry’s most compliance-driven companies. President Trump declared the war on crypto over. Yet Unicoin’s case remains unresolved—potentially costing American investors billions of dollars. Please help us bring this painful chapter to a fair conclusion and make things right.

Thanks @SECPaulSAtkins for bringing transparency and clear rules. A great idea will be to review the cases of FRAUD committed by Gensler and his crew, against compliant crypto companies like @Unicoin_News for the sake of winning the “War on Crypto”

Dear @POTUS, thank you for championing crypto and American innovation. But the war on crypto is not over. @Unicoin_News —the last target of Gary Gensler—is Made in America, publicly reporting, and independently audited. Please look into our case and help close this dark chapter. -#WaronCrypto

The Senate has had CLARITY for a year. Since then, lawmakers have negotiated hundreds of pages of changes, reached agreement on SEC and CFTC nominations, and secured unprecedented ethics commitments. The crypto and banking industry have compromised as well. That’s how legislation is supposed to work. No one gets everything. Everyone gets most of what they need. At this point, the only thing left isn’t negotiation—it's whether some group will try to stall or block legislation that already has broad bipartisan support. Millions of Americans own crypto and are watching. It’s time to call the vote.

1 in 4 Americans hold crypto - and passing CLARITY is a priority for them. American voters are 2x more likely to support a candidate that backs CLARITY (vs those less likely), regardless of party preference. So the stakes are high for Senate leadership. CLARITY isn't only a win for crypto users. It’s a win for the future of America as a global leader for finance, innovation, and national security. It delivers on all fronts, and voters know it. Senators should too.
America needs CLARITY.

Reminder: Big banks worked hand in glove with the Biden administration to strangle crypto, debank industry leaders, and target President Trump and his family. Now they are using the WSJ to pretend they were not every bit as complicit and rewrite history. Nothing has changed: those same forces are still working together, with Senate Democrats and Big Banks fighting the Clarity Act.
It appears that the @WSJopinion Editorial Board didn't fact check their article about CLARITY, so we did it for them:

Too many founders spend their lives asking for permission. The best ones spend their lives building. Here’s the irony: innovation doesn’t happen because governments create it. Innovation happens because entrepreneurs take risks despite uncertainty. The government’s job isn’t to pick winners. It’s to make sure the rules are clear enough that the best ideas have a chance to compete. America doesn’t need more bureaucracy. It needs more builders. #Entrepreneurship #Innovation #Leadership #Clarity

If America wants innovators to build here, it needs #Clarity. Respectfully, Senator Warren, you should go home.
She's big mad about crypto being a scam, but doesn't want the laws passed to prevent crypto from becoming a scam. Makes sense.

Well stated. A vote against CLARITY at this point is a vote against consumer protection. @SenWarren is protects the establishment.
Big Bank Beth @SenWarren hates President Trump so much that she’d rather have no rules of the road for the digital asset industry — leaving consumers vulnerable and law enforcement empty-handed — than take the win for consumers. Let’s get the facts straight on her “fact sheet”: 1. She claims the blind trust is a shell game. It’s not. By law (5 U.S.C. §13104(f)(3)(A) and 5 C.F.R. 2634.403), a trustee is barred from disclosing trust holdings back to the official. That’s not a loophole, it’s literally what makes a blind trust blind. Read the law for yourself below. 2. She claims $TRUMP proves the president would create new coins. But $TRUMP launched when President Trump was a private citizen. The ethics ban applies to conduct while serving. You can’t retroactively ban something that happened before the law — or the presidency — existed. That’s how the law in the Soviet Union worked, not America. 3. She acts like Trump’s adult children running WLF is some unprecedented dodge. It’s not. Federal ethics law has never imputed financial interests from adult, independent children — only spouses and minor children. That’s not new to this bill; it’s how conflict-of-interest law has worked for decades. The facts speak for themselves. Don’t fall for Liz’s lies. banking.senate.gov/imo/media…
