These characters are so deluded. Alwan was not speaking Fulfulde; he spoke clearly in English about Nigerian ministers, including many in Tinubu’s cabinet, allegedly paying billions in bribes to secure their appointments. What exactly is the point of trying to spin it otherwise?
When Alwan Hassan Said Ministers Pay Billions to Be Appointed, He Was Not Speaking About the Current Administration; It Was in a Historical Context - Morka His frame of thought was not talking about the present but the past. As a public commentator, you sometimes generalise without drawing lines. Felix Morka, National Publicity Secretary, APC

Most Nigerians who intend to vote in the next elections already know if they are voting the president or the opposition. For those voting the president, he doesn’t even need to campaign or say a word. They need no further convincing. For those voting against him, no amount of bill boards on first Niger bridge or with barbed wires, grassroots canvassing using prados, “massive” campaign rallies, or last minute fuel discounts and wage awards, will change their minds. The only decision left for some of them is the “who” among the opposition they are going to vote. Therefore, if I was an opposition candidate, I’d be focusing my campaign on the strongholds of the other opposition candidates, not the president’s. The only attention I’ll be giving the president’s strongholds is how to counter their rigging plans!

📌📌📌📌📌📌📌 Great job @A_wahab_I A mind blowing short thread that expose how dangerous Nigeria is divided along ethnic/religious lines and the threat to our peaceful coexistence by the media The question is in what capacity is Seyi Tinubu and Mrs Remi Tinubu aggressively engaging in matters of State? @R_abati1990 @ayomairoese @seunokin @chamberlainusoh @MaupeO @BabajideOtitoju @Talk2Adaora would have been accusing PMB of State capture The likes of @farooqkperogi @JaafarSJaafar @simonkolawole @DapsyOly @Olusegunverdict @fesadedayo would have been writing weekly epistle Aren’t you surprised there has never been outrage from the South West media or their so called activists that T-Pain awarded the Lagos/Calabar coastal/inland highway project to the company of Chagoury his business partner without due process? Northerners and to a very large extent South South & South East were and are still being being brainwashed by the Lagos/Ibadan toxic media axis for decades, this predates 1960 leading to the crisis of 1966 and the Biafra war that followed The so called journalists from the South West are a just a congregation of ethnic warriors that promote the agenda of politically exposed thieves from the South West They help in spreading ethnic profiling, playing ethnic groups and religious faithfuls against each other any time a Northerner is either PM or President That is the tradition media platforms like @AIT_Online @channelstv @ARISEtv @tvcnewsng @NigeriainfoFM @Wazobia_FM have continued All they do is to invite the likes of Femi Falana, Mathew Kukah, Majeed Dahiru, @femiaribisala @realFFK @renoomokri @adeyanjudeji @sowore @AishaYesufu @akunnachux @ChidiOdinkalu who will move from one platform to another singing the song of lamentation aka Islamization and Northern domination These were the miserable folks that set President Buhari up for dragging for 8 good years like they did to him in 1983-85 Bottom line an average Nigerian is a thief who detest decent and God fearing leaders Please what is Seyi doing with @ZacchAdedeji at the @NigeriaRevenue
Yusuf Buhari minded his business throughout his dad's administration. One accident on a power bike and the South was shouting, not even sympathizing, they never cared whether he was dead or alive. Their main problem was where he got the money to buy a ₦15 million bike 😂😂 Today, Seyi's convoy is worth ₦4 billion, moving around like he is the VP and nobody is moving a muscle.

When the NBS @NBS_Nigeria published a report about N2.2 trillion ransom paid to kidnappers in 1 year under this disastrous Bola @officialABAT regime with his failed NSA Nuhu @NuhuRibadu, the regime ordered the DSS @OfficialDSSNG to arrest the Statistician-General and intimidated him into withdrawing that report. Now, here’s a kidnapper narrating how they collected N500 million ransom from each of the operations they executed against Customs @NgCustoms @customsnigeria officers and/or their families. They’ve also collected up to N50 million and N100 million from other individuals.
Malam El-rufai has said it. These people that hitherto have to sell a cow before then can see ₦300l, now have a lucrative business where they kidnap people & can earn as high as ₦500 million per person! Tell me how they intend to stop this crime through negotiations! Mop them all. Extinguish their very existence at a go. x.com/Lminkaeel/status/21155…

Nigeria In Need Of Urgent Rescue “You pledge Nigeria’s future production in exchange for a loan. Today, the delivery price of crude is $145 to refineries around the world. The delivery price for November cargoes is $145 to Dangote in Lekki. "So, if crude oil prices are this high and you are supposed to get revenue accretion from higher crude oil prices, why are you going to borrow $20bn for infrastructure, agriculture and education? Something is not adding up.” ~ Kelvin Emmanuel, Economic Policy Analyst, speaking (today) on President Tinubu’s request for $20.5bn and €1.45bn supplementary borrowing plan. Just like I said yesterday. Tinubu has given you, yes! YOU! more than enough reasons not to even contemplate - talk less of - voting for him again and I have diligently enlightened you. Like Alhaji Atiku said: "If you elect Bola Tinubu again, blame yourself". Suspected AI Faces Found in INEC Portal INEC says it is investigating suspected AI-generated photographs in its preliminary voters' register after social media users raised the alarm. The register was published on the commission's website on Monday. INEC says the online list is only the preliminary register, not the final certified copy and that the commission is examining possible technical or procedural lapses. The final register is due to be certified on December 15th. Users also say the PVC Pickup option on INEC's voter portal keeps showing a "redirected you too many times" error, and our team's checks found the same. Have you been able to check your PVC? 📌📌📌📌📌📌📌📌 Phrank, point of correction on this N70,000 subsidy for civil servants 🔥Let’s even for the sake of this conversation agree without conceding the N70,000 can buy 150 litres of pms 🔥Available public records shows there are estimated 2-3 million public sector workers in both State and Federal services in Nigeria 🔥That is just 0.24% of the Nigerian population estimated at over 200 million people 🔥What will happen to the remaining 99.76 of Nigerians? T-Pain is a catastrophic and monumental failure leading an authoritarian, opaque, dysfunctional, manipulative, monarchical, kleptocratic, divisive, disastrous, ethnocentric, nepotistic and propagandist regime #2027TinubuMustGo
PRESS STATEMENT ₦70,000 BUYS JUST 50 LITRES OF FUEL: TINUBU’S “RELIEF” MOCKS NIGERIAN WORKERS — ATIKU Former Vice President and ADC presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar has described the Federal Government’s ₦70,000 monthly transport support for public service workers as a desperate last minute attempt to contain public anger. He said it admits that government policies have made life unbearable for millions. In a statement issued by Phrank Shaibu, Director of Strategic Communication of the ADC Presidential Campaign Council, Atiku said: “The Tinubu administration is scrambling from one announcement to another, showing its failure to grasp the crisis. The cost of living crisis reaches beyond transport: energy, food, rent and other essentials affect every part of daily life. “Barbers pay more to power their clippers; restaurant owners face higher cooking costs; shopkeepers struggle to keep prices down; school bus operators pay more for fuel; and families still must buy food. Every business and household is affected. Does hardship end at the bus stop? “If public service workers receive ₦70,000 monthly for transport from November, what happens to private sector workers, traders, small businesses, transport operators and millions without formal jobs? The public workforce is only a fraction of Nigeria’s population. A temporary allowance for some cannot solve a national crisis. “The agreement also leaves the effective date for a new minimum wage unresolved. The government must publish payment dates, explain eligibility and say when wage negotiations will produce a decision. “Any genuine relief is welcome, but a six month allowance cannot undo this hardship. At about ₦1,400 per litre, ₦70,000 buys roughly 50 litres of petrol. What meaningful difference can 50 litres make over an entire month? “What Nigerians are witnessing is a government that set the house ablaze with its reckless policies, then pretends to fight the inferno by throwing ice cubes at the flames. A temporary ₦70,000 allowance cannot extinguish a cost of living crisis this government ignited. “This is the pattern: the fuel discount failed, the 90 day cost of living plan failed before it began, and now comes another temporary payment. The government promised CNG would lower transport costs, but that promise has failed. For Nigerians still paying more to commute, the CNG programme is another scam of promises, while families face the same unaffordable prices. “These rushed announcements smack of political bribery and corruption. Tinubu has shown no genuine intention of clearing the monumental mess caused by his hasty subsidy removal. He offers temporary payments instead of confronting the consequences. “Atiku has proposed a practical alternative: a transparently managed production subsidy for fuel refined in Nigeria, delivering relief at the pump. Tinubu must not punish 250 million Nigerians for the corruption and leakages of a few thousand. His arrogance prevents him from reconsidering a cocky decision, while families and businesses pay the price. “₦70,000 may help with transport, but it cannot explain why work, food and running a business have become unaffordable. Nigerians need lasting relief, decent wages and an economy that rewards honest work. When will life become affordable again?” Atiku said his campaign would pursue practical measures to lower living costs, raise household incomes and restore dignity to work. Signed: Phrank Shaibu Director, Strategic Communication ADC Presidential Campaign Council 28th October, 2026.

FG wants to pay workers 70k/month for next 6 months to cushion rising transport costs. 😊 Forget the tokenism for a minute, & wonder, what was it thinking when it devalued Naira, removed fuel subsidy, & hiked taxes? Now, cos of election, it wants to ‘cushion’ the effects? 1/
FG Approves ₦70,000 Monthly Transport Allowance for Workers for Six Months The Minimum Wage Negotiation Committee is expected to be constituted and commence meetings immediately. This was part of the resolutions reached at the end of the conciliation meeting held at the Ministry of Labour and Employment between the Federal Government and the Nigerian Labour Congress. The Federal Government outlined a series of measures to cushion the effects of rising petroleum pump prices on Nigerian workers, including a transport intervention of ₦ 70,000 monthly for six months, beginning in November 2026. The resolutions also provide for payment of peculiar allowance arrears in three equal monthly instalments from November, while nineteen months of outstanding allowances for health workers are to be redeemed within three months, beginning in December 2026. On tax relief, the meeting agreed that the matter should be taken to the National Executive Council, NEC, for consideration.
