#BRICSwithIGR: The President of the Republic of Burundi, Évariste Ndayishimiye, arrived in New Delhi to attend the 18th BRICS Summit held on September 12-13. Burundi's President also holds a prominent regional role as an African Union representative, making Burundi's presence at the Summit significant for African-global economic discussions.

La @fdnbbi est un corps conçu, armé, organisé conformément à la loi (constitution du Burundi). La loi organique n°1/21 du 21 juin 2022 portant modification de la loi organique n°1/04 du 20 février 2017 portant missions, organisation, composition, instruction, conditions de service et fonctionnement de la Force de Défense Nationale du Burundi (FDNB) , en son article 23 précise l'organisation de la FDNB qui est structurée en services et composantes à savoir la Force Terrestre , la Force de la Marine , la Force Aérienne et la Force de Réserve et d'Appui au Développement (FRAD). L'article 65 de la loi organique régissant la FDNB développe les missions de la FRAD, entre autre: - encadrement patriotique .....; - recyclage et gestion des réservistes; - formation paramilitaire dans le cadre de l'encadrement patriotique. C'est dans ce cadre que la FDNB a mis en place la 4ème composante FRAD qui est opérationnelle depuis 2025. Les réalisations de cette nouvelle composante sont visibles sur le terrains dans un laps de temps; ce qui a motivé Son Excellence Monsieur le Président de la République du Burundi et Commandant en Chef des Corps de Défense et de Sécurité, à effectuer une visite sur terrain en vue de s'enquérir de la situation exacte de ces réalisations dont la formation paramilitaire et autres. Tout ce qui a été fait entre dans le cadre légal .
