🚨BREAKING: ADV MKHWEBANE FOUNDATION TO FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES & SUE MINISTER KUBAYI & REQUEST HER IMMEDIATE REMOVAL AS MINISTER FOR ENDANGERING THE LIFE OF IT'S CHAIRPERSON SHIRLEY WILLEMSE: 👇👇👇👇 BM FOUNDATION STATEMENT ON THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE INTENDED LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE BM FOUNDATION CHAIRPERSON: The Advocate Busisiwe Mkhwebane Foundation is both appalled and dismayed by the sheer reckless behavior of the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, Miss Mamokolo Kubayi. On the 06th of November 2026, the Minister of Justice took to her social media page to state that "I am informed that the person behind the Baas Kruger account is Shirley Willemse based in KwaZulu-Natal", of which lead to multiple mainstream media reports repeating the same, along with multiple social media posts all attributing Shirley Willemse to the Baas Kruger page. The BM Foundation is appalled that Minister Kubayi both not only falsely attributed the BM Foundation Chairperson Shirley Willemse to a social media account she does not administer, but also published a specific location of the whereabouts of the BM Foundation Chairperson. The BM Foundation is specifically appalled given the current climate of the murder of whistle-blowers, civil society activists and even honest state officials who actually do their work in South Africa. The memories of South Africans are still fresh from the cold blooded murders of multiple figures such as Witness D, Lt Colonel Charl Kinnear, Lt General Mfazi, Babita Doekaram, Thato Molosankwe and many more, yet Minister of Justice has actively endangered the life of civil society activist Shirley Willemse. The BM Foundation states that the life of Shirley Willemse has been endangered by the Minister of Justice because the social media page Baas Kruger handles highly sensitive information on extremely dangerous cases, the most recent being the most high profile case in the country, the murder of Lt General Mfazi who was murdered investigating Phala Phala, of which has since yielded the arrest of a former Presidency Advisor and SAPS Crime Intelligence Head. Thus, the extremely reckless actions of the Minister of Justice of attributing the Baas Kruger page to Shirley Willemse and further publicly disclosing the location of Shirley Willemse directly puts Shirley Willemse in the line of fire, and the lives of her family. Therefore what is even more outright disgusting, is the fact that it's the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development that is both Constitutionally & subsidiary law mandated to protect investigative journalists, whistle-blowers, honest government officials and civil society activists, yet it's the very Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development that is recklessly endangering the life of the BM Foundation Chairperson Shirley Willemse. The BM Foundation will be pursuing legal action against Minister Kubayi of which will include but not limited to criminal charges and an additional civil lawsuit to sue for compensation for the trauma suffered by the BM Foundation Chairperson Shirley Willemse and her family as a result of the reckless actions of the Minister. The BM Foundation will further write to Cabinet to demand the immediate firing of Minister Kubayi, to be replaced by a competent Minister will the necessary law qualifications to occupy the position of Justice Minister. It is totally unacceptable for a whole Minister of Justice to compromise the safety of civil society activists. The BM Foundation will not stand for this brazen reckless endangerment.
Minister Kubayi will appoint a legal team in her personal capacity. As the custodian of the State Attorney Policy, the Minister is fully aware of its provisions and has responsibility to ensure compliance. From the outset, the Minister understood that the policy does not provide for State funded legal representation in matters of this nature. Accordingly, the legal costs associated with the proceedings will not be paid by the state. Further details regarding the legal proceedings will be communicated once the court papers have been filed.

Yes, but not surprising , the ANC was never about Power, they only ever wanted to be included. If they were serious about Power, they should have dismantled the system, '94 was just a change of faces, the system remained intact. The moment they compromised on LAND, it was over.

Some of us aren't even Zulu, yet we support MK. So perhaps the problem isn't the movement's supporters but your inability to comprehend political support beyond ethnic identity. The tribalism you're desperately looking for might actually be staring back at you in the mirror. 😂

Cyril Ramaphosa moving the ANC from 61% support to just about 31%, losing about half of their voters! This will tell you everything you need to know about his leadership but I bet you somehow they will put a spin to this and still find a way to avoid confronting the issue… You can’t lead people using Fear‼️ Anyone who dares say anything about him even as a President is instilled with fear, ask me I know… By 2029 the loses will be worse, we can’t have a President that doesn’t listen to people…
