What NBC10 Boston has done to the lone holdout juror is a journalistic disgrace. After eleven white jurors failed to pressure the jury’s only Black member into abandoning his independent judgment, NBC10 effectively joined the campaign to destroy him. While the jury list remains judicially impounded, NBC10 repeatedly approached this private citizen’s home, contacted his estranged relatives and former wife, searched through his housing records, publicized his unpaid rent and eviction, repeated a relative’s insult that he is a “narcissist,” and resurrected domestic-violence allegations wholly unrelated to Lindsay Clancy’s criminal responsibility. NBC10 buried the crucial facts. The 2021 criminal charge was dismissed. Allegations in a restraining-order proceeding are not criminal convictions. Financial problems have absolutely nothing to do with whether Clancy knew that strangling her three children was wrong. None of this refutes the juror’s evidence-based concerns about the sequential killings and Clancy’s deliberate actions afterward. Most disgracefully, NBC10 insinuated that the juror may have answered his questionnaire dishonestly, and even suggested possible criminal conduct, while admitting that the questionnaire is confidential, that the station has never seen it and that it cannot confirm how he answered. That is not responsible investigative journalism. It is speculation carefully arranged to resemble proof. A confidential questionnaire issue, if one exists, belongs before the judge, not in a televised character-assassination campaign. NBC10 had no legitimate reason to publish this man’s rent problems or broadcast insults from estranged relatives. Those details were included for one purpose: to humiliate and discredit the sole juror who refused to deliver the verdict preferred by Clancy’s supporters.

We’ve never seen anything like this before. A man was conscripted into jury duty by the government. He performed his civic duty and followed his conscience, refusing to acquit a woman who confessed to systematically executing her three children. The defense attorney immediately launched a public smear campaign against the juror. Soon several other jurors joined the campaign. Then the media. Even the defense attorney’s wife has joined. Now they’re doxxing the man, digging into his past, contacting his family, showing up at his house. All of this both to punish him for refusing to go with their program, and to pollute any future jury pool by making it clear that anyone who votes to convict Clancy will have their life destroyed. It’s truly one of the most outrageously evil things we’ve ever seen from the Left, and that’s saying something. A direct assault on the integrity of our justice system. They are burning down every boundary and standard in their path. And doing it all for the sake of a child murdering psychopath. Unfathomable.

Thank you to the civilians who became a human chain because no one had issued them a title for it. Thank you to the families who have had to listen to twenty-five years of other people narrating their dead. The towers are gone. The hole in the ground was filled with a memorial and a city that kept living, which is both victory and insult, depending on the hour. Living is what the murdered were robbed of. The least we can do is refuse to make their deaths vague. Never forget is not a hashtag. It is a refusal. Refuse the lie that this was inarticulate chaos. Refuse the lie that the helpers were just doing a shift. Refuse the sentimental fog that turns nineteen hijackers into a mood. Name the crime. Bless the people who ran toward it. These juror interviews are fucking unbelievable. Not “concerning.” Not “disappointing.” Un-fucking-believable. These people sat in front of cameras and damn near confessed that they threw the law in the trash because they felt sorry for Lindsay Clancy. One juror admits she originally thought Clancy was guilty, then flipped her vote because she wanted “Lindsay to get the help she needs.” Help. You were not empaneled to run a fucking wellness spa. You were not there to hold her hand, book her a therapist, or make sure she landed somewhere soft. Your job was one thing: decide whether she was legally guilty based on the evidence in that courtroom. That was it. Not mercy. Not treatment. Not “she seems sad.” Guilt. If you thought she was guilty and changed your vote because you wanted her to “get help,” you did not follow the law. You replaced the law with your feelings. You should never have been in that box. Then another juror somehow found a dumber lane. She complained that prosecutors never brought in “character witnesses” to prove Clancy was a “bad mother.” What the fuck was she waiting for? A neighbor to take the stand and say, “Yeah, she was a nightmare at PTA and her casserole sucked”? She killed her three children. If that does not at least twitch a neuron in the “maybe not Mother of the Year” department, I do not know what testimony this juror was shopping for. And here’s the part that makes it even more asinine: prosecutors generally cannot just parade people in to say the defendant is a piece of shit. That kind of character dump can get tossed as prejudicial and irrelevant. So this genius punished the state for not introducing evidence they may not even have been allowed to introduce. You could not write stupidity this clean. Then she made it worse. The same juror called it a “fact” that Clancy “viciously killed her children.” Viciously. Her word. And after accepting that Clancy viciously killed three kids, she still landed on not guilty. At that point words are dead. Facts are dead. The law is dead. You are just throwing emotional glitter around a courtroom and calling it justice. Another juror gushed about how “entertaining” the defense attorney was. Entertaining. Maybe next time they can pass out scorecards. Ten for charm. Eight for stage presence. Extra credit if counsel keeps the room giggling between autopsy photos. Then there was the juror who said “everything” in the case proved Clancy loved her children. Everything. Apparently “everything” includes strangling them to death. That little detail did not put so much as a dent in the grand theory of maternal devotion. These people do not sound like jurors. They sound like eleven random drunks pulled out of an airport bar and told to invent a legal system after three margaritas. By their own mouths, some of them were deciding whether she needed treatment, whether she seemed like a nice mom, whether her lawyer was fun to watch, and whether they personally felt bad for her. Those were not the questions. The question was guilt. They had one fucking job. And now they are on camera explaining, in their own words, how completely they wandered off and pissed on it.
