By the way, Louisiana is about to build a highway in Shreveport for $1 Billion to make it easier for 235 commuters a day. The NYC subway moves 20,000 times that daily, but sure, let's keep building more highways.

Tools are tools. They're generally good. Tools can be misused.
This is terrible, but the point of failure isn't the Flock camera. It's jailing someone with exactly one fallible data point. The cameras provide a point of information to be put together (or not) with other points of information; they do not in themselves provide a case.
