I’ve said this before - people forget all the time that #golf is supposed to be a FUN, recreational activity that is great for our mental/physical health. Most of us are not professionals. When playing or being a fan stops being fun/healthy, you should prob find something else.

Experience at something doesn’t necessarily mean you’re good at something.
Here’s my question: looking at the 🇺🇸 team, who would you consider “tough” that you’d want with you in a fight? I can only pick out 2 maybe 3.🤷🏽♂️
Only good thing is: Internationals don’t have many either.
The U.S. players have far more experience at foursomes than the international players who beat them Friday. Six Americans from Friday played foursomes at the Ryder Cup a year ago. Don’t think Hideki and Si Woo were playing foursomes anywhere. Nor or Rory and Tommy Fleetwood now.

Question for the people…Why does the @PGATour get to run an event where they say their team represents America but all Americans aren’t eligible to play? At least the @RyderCupUSA attempts to take the best our country has to offer when flying our flag and invoking patriotism.

Update: my brother acquitted himself quite well at Pasa! Broke 100, barely. 😎
Funny moment: he was in between clubs on one hole, we were talking it through, and he was like “ok this will be a 10:30 8 iron.”
And he actually did it! 😳😱😮

Ex: My brother is a new golfer - playing 3-4 years but only taken it seriously the last year - he’s got the bug BAD now!
We were on the range today & he watches a ton of @GrantHorvatGolf & @brysondech on YT. He credits their content with helping him drop 10 shots from info he’s picked up in their videos. No other instruction. He broke 85 for the 1st time recently.
You don’t have to be a kid to get something out of YouTube golf. New golfers are the biggest beneficiary. It presents golf in a fun, relatable & entertaining way. We need more of that, not less.
PS I’ve warned him that @PasatiempoGolf is going to humble him. We find out Friday. 😎

Good info here re: Valderrama. I’ve spoken to Javier (GM) previously & they have a great relationship with LIV. I don’t think an event every year is necessary, but at least every other year is ideal. I love watching tournament golf there & it deserves great events. 💯
Valderrama's long-term future as a tour venue is uncertain after LIV bankruptcy.
But a reunion with the DP World Tour is not being ruled out.
