⭕️ IRGC seized an U.S. Navy autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) in the strait of Hormuz, using electronic warfare means.
The U.S. Navy's MK18 Mod 2 Kingfish (derived from the commercial version REMUS 600) is used primarily for mine detection, mapping, and countermeasure operations.
The statement adds: "The Navy of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps declares with certainty that the Strait of Hormuz is closed, and we are decisively and relentlessly confronting any dangerous movements and unauthorized traffic in the Strait of Hormuz."
U.S. official admits an underwater drone was lost but claims it is an "older model with old technology" denying it was intercepted by the IRGC, it just suddenly "malfunctioned" in Iran waters..

Same idiot 👇 who last week launched the rumor that Xi had had a stroke in India and was hospitalized.
This is of course completely made-up as well, including the picture.
China isn't North Korea - or today's U.S., for that matter - and Xi couldn't appoint his daughter to a senior political role even if he wanted to.
In reality she has no public role whatsoever and no-one in China has even any idea of what she looks like, as the last confirmed photo of her that exists was her riding behind her father on a bike when she was a small child (media.newyorker.com/photos/5…). All the photos you see of her as an adult are, as far as we know, fake or mislabeled.
Xi Jinping's daughter, Xi Mingze, accompanied him on his visit to the United States, which indirectly confirms the rumors that Xi Jinping plans to appoint Xi Mingze as the top leader of the CCP's party, government, and military.

A few minutes ago, explosions were reported in the Strait of Hormuz and near Kharg Island, southern Iran.
Also, air defenses in the Hormozgan Province have been put on "red alert", there's a possibility that the U.S. is conducting airstrikes on Iranian oil tankers.

What I find clickbait about these articles is that it's the same story since 2024. Houthis were using Chinese sats and tech to target US Csg in the Red Sea.
2 years later, it's the same. You can publicly get the nearly the same thing China is giving Iran. Only main difference is timing being 2-3 hours off.
You are sort of able to tell which area will be targeted before hand too.
Trump has publicly stated the "we do the same" unless it direct aid and missiles to iran from china. This will likely not stop

The coup in Caracas was not just a raid.
On 3 January 2026, U.S. forces took Maduro out of the capital. Explosions lit up the night. Then he appeared in handcuffs in New York. That same week, Delcy Rodríguez was already in place. Months later she was standing next to Trump, smiling, talking oil, mining and “cooperation.”
What followed was not a transition. It was a clean-out. The old defence minister was moved aside. The high command was replaced. More than a hundred generals and admirals were retired. Then the assets started to move.
That purge was not an accident. A revolution in Venezuela only works if parts of the army join it. They know that. Chávez was not a top general when he moved. He was a lieutenant colonel. That is why this story is not finished.
The Chavista forces are probably regrouping. The next chapter is not another photo with Washington. It is whether enough men with guns still remember who the country was sold to.

⭕️ For the first time since this Saudi-Yemen war started, a British Air Force KC2 refueling aircraft was visible operating over Saudi Arabia this afternoon, near Yemen, along Saudi A330MRTT & GlobalEye AEW&C aircraft.
British Air Force C-17 cargo plane delivered military equipment to Taif Air Base, Mecca, to support the Saudi war on Yemen.
Additional UK spy planes and refueling aircraft were deployed to Cyprus.
3 Kuwaiti cargo planes from Bratislava, Slovakia, have landed in Khamis Mushait Air Base, likely related to the war on Yemen too.
