$MCRB $MRK $AZN $BMY SERES THERAPEUTICS: The TAM estimates in the post reshared below are RISK-ADJUSTED. This isn’t the blue-sky bull case where SER-155/428/603/147 captures everything remotely addressable. Once you start looking at the full potential across allo-HSCT, irEC and future expansion, the bull-case opportunity could reach into the BILLIONS. Now compare that potential with what Seres has today: ✅ No debt ✅ Cash runway through Q1 2027 ✅ Breakthrough Therapy + Fast Track designations ✅ Strong SER-155 data ✅ Expansion into irEC, with management engaging potential partners, including companies with ICI franchises ✅ Management is considering sources of financing while evaluating the next steps for SER-155, suggesting they have multiple paths available to advance ✅ Directors chose stock options instead of annual cash compensation, further aligning themselves with shareholders Risk-adjusted TAM already dwarfs today’s valuation. The full bull case? Potentially BILLIONS. That’s why I’m here.

You seriously have to question the intelligence of a Republican Congress that has literally turned a blind eye to our Constitution and rule of law for a felon, pedophile, rapist, failed businessman, consummate liar, thief, grifter, traitor, and complete sociopath because they believe bringing one of the brightest legal minds before them to testify just before the midterm elections thinking this will help their cause. This was the dumbest move ever. They look like blithering idiots performing for 5-year-olds at Ringling Brothers Circus. The line of questioning regarding the subpoenas for Congressmen communications regarding January 6 is designed to put doubt in Americans' minds about the legality of these subpoenas. When the real reason is they can't have the truth about their communications revealed, it would disclose the sedition they perpetrated against this country. Jack Smith never wavered, stuttered, backtracked, or backed down. He responded coherently with conviction and confidence. He knew every detail of his investigation with the necessity of notes. He graciously endured insults that are unbecoming of United States Congressmen. When Jack Smith said he would not be silenced, he meant it, and he proved it. These hearings held by a banana republic Congress will go down in history as the witch hunt to attempt to cover up their crimes and a criminal president. Jack Smith will go down in history as one of the greatest legal minds and moral men of our lifetime and possibly the century who stood with truth and conviction against this abhorrent excuse of a Republican Congress. politico.com/news/2026/09/29…

Congressional Republicans’ attacks on Jack Smith are the latest chapter in a 10-year-long campaign to lie to the American people. The hearing is their closing argument — delivered right before an election. Senate Republicans are more interested in protecting Trump than in the truth. More interested in defending his crimes than in defending the Constitution.

The Currency Killer, Scott Bessent, said five words in Dallas that should have ended his career: "I am the house now." The same thing his old boss said before they crashed the pound together in 1992. Except this time, Bessent is not betting against someone else's currency, he is running the Treasury. And while he was saying that, a company whose co-founder wired $15 million to Jeffrey Epstein was quietly becoming the largest private buyer of US government debt on earth. Bigger than Germany and Saudi Arabia. None of the owners are American and the company is registered in the British Virgin Islands. While the man who helped write the law that governs it from inside the White House walked out the door and became its CEO. That same summer, Bessent's Treasury permanently killed the rule that required companies to tell you who owns them. Tether announced it passed a Big Four audit but buried the fact that its reserve buffer dropped from $8.2 billion to $4.1 billion in three months. And the regulations that will determine whether this company becomes the operating system for the American dollar opened for public comment with a deadline of October 19. I have been building this investigation since June. Parts I through III laid out the playbook, the people, and the money. Part IV is what it looks like when all of it starts moving at the same time, because that is what is happening right now, and there is a clock on it. We have until Oct 19 to bring awareness and turn the train around before it may be too late. Check out Part IV of my series, The Currency Killer: The Machine, on Substack now. 🇺🇸🇮🇷 The oil market thinks this war is almost over. The physical market says otherwise... Fmr. Goldman Sachs head of commodities research Jeffrey Currie joins me with a stark assessment: Yes, more oil is coming out of Hormuz than expected, but the real crisis is in the entire downstream chain from refining to distribution, and it's in "dire condition" The Brent futures contract around $100 is what Currie calls a "vibe contract," set by Washington to manage sentiment, while physical Brent trades at $125-130. 7M barrels/day remain shut in, France has fuel shortages compounded by the Rhine being too low for barges, Europe failed to refill gas storage ahead of winter, the Panama Canal cannot move LNG, and the Russian grain corridor is GONE. "Natural gas explodes this winter. Diesel is already at record levels. We are heading into VERY severe global shortages." Futures markets are supposed to signal problems so behavior changes, but when those markets are manipulated to project calm, nobody invests, nobody prepares, and the car drives straight off the cliff. The only question is what happens after the midterms, when the incentive to hold it all together is gone... Thanks for joining me, @CommodMkt

WHAT YOU HAVE TO KNOW ABOUT THE US SPR BEFORE THE NEXT DRAW Everyone is talking about the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve. Washington has been tapping it again and again to hold the oil price down, and the reserve now sits at multi-decade lows — roughly 40% of design capacity, the weakest reading since 1982. What almost nobody explains is the physical machine underneath those headlines. This is not a steel tank you can empty like a checking account. THE PRICE TOOL, NOT THE DESIGN ➡️ The SPR was built after the 1970s embargo as an emergency buffer against disaster, politics, or war — not as a weekly price pin. ➡️ Each Gulf Coast cavern holds only 6 to 37 million barrels. ➡️ String enough of them together and a nation can keep oil flowing when production breaks. Use them as an ATM and you start eating the hole itself. HOW THE HOLE IS MADE ➡️ These are not natural caves. Engineers hunt a vertical salt dome — a column of salt about 200 feet across and up to 2,000 feet high — because a horizontal salt chamber caves in far more easily. ➡️ Fresh water is pumped down concentric pipes. Salt dissolves. Brine forms. A thin diesel cap is floated on top so the water cannot eat the ceiling. ➡️ Crude is then injected into the middle layer. Diesel sits on top. Saturated brine sits below. None of the three liquids is supposed to dissolve the salt wall — until you start taking the oil out. THE FIVE-DRAW LIMIT ➡️ There is not enough stored brine on the surface to push hundreds of millions of barrels back out. ➡️ So operators pump fresh water or heavily diluted brine into the cavern to force the crude up. ➡️ That water is unsaturated. It starts dissolving the walls all over again. ➡️ “You can empty out these caverns about five times before they become structurally unstable from the dissolving of the cavern walls.” ➡️ After that, the geometry of the hole itself is the risk — not the headline inventory number. THE 10–15% FLOOR ➡️ A cavern also cannot be run to zero. ➡️ Empty it almost dry and the space fills with heavy brine. Surface pumps then need dangerous pressure to shove the last crude out. ➡️ That pressure can exceed what the salt walls can take. ➡️ “The cavern has to be filled with at least 10 to 15% crude oil at all times.” ➡️ So the last barrels are not spare barrels. They are the structural lid. Treat them as sellable inventory and you are no longer managing a reserve. You are loading the walls. THE BOTTOM LINE The SPR still has oil in it. That is not the same as having a working emergency tool. Repeated political draws to cap the pump price are using a five-cycle salt cavern as if it were an infinite tank — and the physics of the hole do not care about the press conference. The reserve was built to survive a shock. It was never built to be the shock absorber for every week of expensive oil. #SPR #OilPrices #StrategicPetroleumReserve #EnergySecurity #SaltCaverns #OilMarket #EnergyCrisis HT: YouTube Operational Facts

WILSON: In 1987, Trump made his first trip to Moscow, and while he was there, something happened. No one knows what. He came back and immediately placed a paid ad in New York Times saying we need to get out of NATO, that we’re paying too much. It was Russian talking points 101. At that moment, something happened in Trump’s brain. Whether it was kompromat, Trump’s unsophisticated nature, or Russians simply persuading him that he could do business in Russia and build a Trump Tower in Moscow, whether it was venality or kompromat, Trump changed, and he's never abandoned that view since 1987.

AZIO AI continues to scale its commercial opportunity. Our expanded agreement with Power Champion now covers the potential purchase of up to 512 NVIDIA HGX B300 systems representing an estimated cumulative sales pipeline of approximately $307 million based on current market pricing. This expansion builds on the 128 systems announced earlier this month and reflects growing demand for next-generation AI compute infrastructure. With Atlas One engineered for up to 500 MW of planned behind-the-meter power capacity, AZIO AI is building the infrastructure and commercial relationships required to compete at scale. The opportunity is significant. The focus now is execution converting pipeline into purchase orders, deployments and long-term value. $AZIO #ArtificialIntelligence #AIInfrastructure #NVIDIA #DataCenters #AtlasOne Read today’s announcement: tinyurl.com/3tdyxm99

Thank you to @JoeSquawk and the @CNBC Squawk Box team for having me on this morning. Nobody consumes crude oil - refineries do. Everyone else consumes gasoline, diesel and jet fuel. Crude is the noise, but products are the signal. Crude fell 9% this week on an Iran-Oman "proposed framework" for a transit corridor; diesel is still $174 a barrel against $80 crude. The framework is a joint statement between Iran and Oman, not a deal with the United States. The IRGC says the Strait stays shut until Washington accepts Tehran's conditions, and the US blockade remains in force. Five ships transited yesterday against 130 a day before the war. This is the third reopening the market has priced since June. The tankers haven't followed yet. Even if it holds, you can flush the crude out of the region but you cannot get the product out. Nobody is going to guide a full product tanker through what is still a hot conflict zone. Solving one chokepoint does not solve the problem. Hormuz is one squeeze among many that are both war-made and weather-made. Ukrainian strikes have taken out Russian refining capacity. The Black Sea grain corridor is shut with 97% of Azov–Black Sea export capacity offline, just as USDA cuts the corn crop. The Red Sea and Bab el-Mandeb remain constrained. The Rhine is at a 146-year low and Panama is cutting drafts. Every other commodity is dirt plus diesel, so what happens in Hormuz shows up in the price of grain. These bottlenecks do not exist independently of one another. Years of underinvestment in refining and logistics left no spare capacity to absorb any of it. That is why gasoline, diesel and jet are far tighter than the crude price suggests. You can increase the availability of crude, but if the system cannot refine and move it into the products people actually consume, the economic pressure remains. The story around crude is immaterial when you consider what is happening at both the affordability and CPI levels. Watch the full interview below. cnbc.com/video/2026/08/26/th…
