Huge victory for election integrity! The Supreme Court granted @TheJusticeDept’s stay in revamping the SAVE citizenship verification database, which will allow states to clear the voter rolls of illegal voters. The modified SAVE system allows state and local officials to conduct citizenship verification of registered voters to keep aliens from voting. The Justice Department will continue fighting in court for secure elections. Every American should want this!

Yes, you read that right. We had to file an emergency petition in the Supreme Court just so we could use government data to help states stop noncitizens from illegally voting.

Kudos to Congressman Hamadeh for his engagement with the Kurdistan Region at such a critical time, as US troops prepare to leave Iraq. The rest of Congress, meanwhile, appears to be largely silent.

Our team was on the ground in Yuma with the new Secretary of the Army at a major drone/counter-drone border exercise, alongside the Sergeant Major of the Army and commanders from JTF–Southern Border, NORTHCOM, NORAD, and JIATF-401, plus 30 firms tackling the hardest border-security problems. The fight for the border is being won in Arizona.

Adrian Fontes is lying. Secretary Fontes blamed the DOJ for more than a year of missing federal felony reports. I spoke with DOJ officials directly who have confirmed that all reports through the first quarter of 2026 have been previously provided to the AzSOS. Additionally, in response to my release, the DOJ sent the files for the second quarter of 2026 to the SOS this morning. By law, the DOJ can only provided these files to the Secretary of State. Secretary Fontes now needs to provide those reports to the County Recorders so we can ensure felons are not permitted to vote in this comming election.

Congressman Hamadeh spoke today with Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani as U.S. forces leave Iraq by September 30. He thanked President Barzani for his engagement with all the key leaders in the region and for supporting President Trump’s effort to secure a lasting resolution in Operation Epic Fury. The Kurdish Peshmerga helped defeat ISIS. That partnership will continue.
