Jon Kyl served Arizona honorably for more than three decades. The Supreme Court got this right. No Arizonan should have to wonder whether their ballot will make it through the mail because of a politically motivated rule change 50 days before an election. Voting by mail is safe, secure, and how millions of people make their voices heard. America just recorded its hottest summer ever, beating the Dust Bowl record from 1936. Despite that, the U.S. still doesn't classify extreme heat as a natural disaster. Extreme heat is deadly, and communities need real relief.
