1) For feature suggestions
Tell us what you’re trying to do, what would help, and why. For example:
“Before launching a grid bot, I’d like to test my chosen price range, grid count, and order size against historical prices. Showing returns after fees, maximum drawdown, and time spent outside the range would help me compare settings and understand the risks.”
2) For issue reports
Please mention whether you’re using Aster Web, iOS, Android, API, or an AsterCode partner. If it’s a partner, include its name.
Tell us which feature you were using, what happened, and what you expected. Include the time and time zone, and attach a screenshot or short recording if possible.
