Bitget Wallet operates independently as a self-custodial wallet.
User assets remain onchain under users' control and are separate from Bitget Exchange's custodial infrastructure.
Following the security incident involving @Bitget, we conducted a precautionary review of our internal systems as part of our standard security best practices.
Based on our security review, we have found no security impact on Bitget Wallet systems or users' self-custodial assets from the security incident affecting Bitget Exchange.
Bitget Wallet remains fully operational and secure.
Please remain alert to phishing and impersonation attempts and only refer to updates from our official Bitget Wallet channels.

Thanks to everyone’s concern regarding wallet security. Bitget Wallet is a self custody wallet, which means user assets remain onchain under users’ control.
In short, Bitget Wallet users’ assets are not affected by the Bitget Exchange incident.
The team has been doing precautionary checks and reviews of internal systems too just in case, and no security impact has been found.
Meanwhile I noticed quite a few scam posts impersonating Bitget Wallet and spreading phishing links. Pls be cautious and alert, and check updates from only official sources.
Incidents like this are unfortunate for the industry, but I’m sure Bitget exchange will ride through this and emerge stronger.

很多嘴贱的我一般懒得回，但你这条看起来还不像纯喷子，我就引用回应一下。
鼠鼠只是一个兼职BD，她收获大成果也就是这一两个月的事儿。但总有人轻飘飘几个字就能把鼠鼠没日没夜的努力抹黑，还有人觉得BD钱很好挣然后抱着不劳而获的心理私信。我觉得这些都非常不尊重鼠鼠，也不尊重KOL BD这个职业。
我每个月布置的BD KPI都是公开的，来找我私信求职的，我确认履历后都会先把KPI发给求职者，你要是想当BD，我也可以把KPI发给你好好学习下。通过KPI不难算出鼠鼠这12万美金是对应多少交易量、多少渠道结果、多少实际转化拿到的。我陆续已经招进来管理了四五十位BD了，沟通过但没录用的更多，很多人都看过我发的KPI，你可以随意找到并确认。
七月份给鼠鼠发了一万多u是真的，八月份要给鼠鼠发十几万u也是真的，大部分都是提成，都是我在月初布置KPI时承诺过的。因为大部分BD达不到提成，所以我把提成部分设置的很宽，有人能做到，并且鼠鼠能超额做到，那我就必须发。这个过程中我会教她，会帮她，甚至会骂她，最后你们看到的是她拿到了回报，我为她加热流量，这也是我作为管理者应尽的义务。
钱包的BD福利相较于其他平台确实是高很多，因为我们的BD架构是年中才算完整搭建起来的，所以激励政策很大。在其他地方同样的工作成果，在钱包拿到的钱一定是翻倍甚至翻好几倍的。标准提前讲清楚，结果到了就认账。加上品牌知名度加成，谁会不愿意来争取这个机会？
