A Restore Britain Government will ensure that every single NHS staff member speaks fluent English. We are currently in the ludicrous and dangerous position of patient-facing staff being unable to string a sentence together - this is not just struggling to understand the accent, these are people entirely unable to speak English. That is NOT acceptable. I get complaint after complaint from constituents, yet the NHS refuses to accept the problem. It's all over the country. Patients feel unable to speak out for fear of being labelled a racist by hospital staff. Especially women who are often being treated in a very private way by foreign men who do not even speak our language. It's wrong, and we should have the courage to say so. If you can't speak English, you should not be working in a hospital. In fact, you shouldn't be living in England.

Pair this with millions of people being deported. This will reduce the pressure on the NHS. Remove the cap on British medical students and we won’t need the foreign staff. The NHS spends £7,300 PER HOUR on translation services! Should this spend include translation into English? Join @RestoreBritain to end this nonsense. 🫡🇬🇧

It is not simply a question of being able to speak English. Candidates should also hold the appropriate qualifications for the role, with those qualifications meeting the standards we set within the UK. We should have confidence that overseas qualifications are genuinely equivalent to our own recognised standards, rather than accepting certificates or qualifications that do not meet the level of competency required here.

This is England. If you can’t speak English you shouldn’t be here. It’s the most basic prerequisite for assimilation.

When it comes to healthcare and especially in hospitals, not being able to speak very good English is literally a matter of life and death. If you allow those with substandard English to work in these hospitals, you are also allowing for a greater number of potential deaths.

This is good, but is anyone else concerned about the number of healthcare staff that have been revealed to have bogus qualifications? People like Tanya Nasir, Oluwabunmu Adeleiyi, Emmanuel Nbanga. Do we see a pattern here? Scary stuff.

Patients. Private care. Staff who can’t speak English. That’s not racist. That’s a hospital.

What a novel idea — staff in an English hospital should speak English. Patients in pain shouldn’t have to decode broken sentences. That’s safety, not racism. If you can’t communicate, you shouldn’t be on the ward.

How many times do you have to be told that foreign NHS professionals have to prove their ability to communicate with parents and staff in order to be registered to practice in the UK before you stop peddling this racist disinformation?

I am steering Andy Burnham bit by bit. I know I can break through to him eventually with your help patriots. If not, there is still @RestoreBritain to vote for by 2029 for the preferred solution to Britain's worsening problems! 😇

Stay one step ahead by leaving the ECHR and detaining and deporting all illegal invaders in Britain and all new ones still arriving. This is the Number 1 issue followed closely by cost of living driven by your WOKE ideological Net Zero while no other Countries are doing it. We pay China to burn coal to create our wind turbines and solar panels then they burn oil to ship them to us. Islamists are a big danger to Brits with their raping, crime, cost to us of living here and their jihadist expansion dreams. Sort that out and I won't have to post silly images like this! It is time to pivot Labour and stop appeasing all and sundry and taxing us so much to pay for people who should not even be here! Get your priorities right and put your socialist ideology on the back burner or lose the next election and have nothing you want play out. It is time to get tough Labour and compromise and shelve the Fabian Globalist Dystopian/WEF/EU plan that is failing everyone except those on welfare or foreign immigrants piling in against our wishes! You need to do better than Starmer and not demonise the majority of people in Britain who have my views for the benefit of an often foreign and unaligned non-assimilating pushy minority with their own agendas.

Any foreign national in the NHS where a British native can have the role should be revoked and deported. All foreign nationals the last 10 years should have qualifications scrutinised and re-assessed to standard, else deport, that is if we need them at all, else why are they here? > deport.

Personal experience shows that if you are white and have to use the nhs you are fobbed of until you get the white dr or consultant and then you actually get 1 treated with a bit of respect 2 your ailment is investigated rather than just fobbing you off with the most common illness for the symptoms which they all seem to google I could of done that

Just speaking English isn’t good enough. They have to be understandable & be qualified to the same standards as native NHs staff. Ideally foreign labour would only be used to fill temporary shortages. We have our own young people desperate to be Drs & nurses, etc. Choose them.

Patient safety requires clear communication and nobody disputes that but Rupert Lowe is pretending there are no rules when the GMC and NMC already require overseas doctors and nurses to prove their English through tests such as IELTS or OET If an individual cannot communicate safely then investigate and act but jumping from workplace competence to saying they should not even live in England exposes the real agenda This is not a serious NHS policy it is xenophobia wrapped in patient safety while the NHS itself admits it relies heavily on international recruitment

We continuously hear that we rely heavily on immigrants to support the NHS but never hear WHY we need them. Health is a high earning sector in western countries. So why do UK nurses earn BELOW average salaries? 25-30% below peer countries no less. UK Dentists our earn UK Doctors. And our government managed training programme EXPLICITLY under trains for the number of doctors we need. The UK used to lead the world in transplant surgery. Now we don’t have enough doctors to use the donor organs we have. It is a disgraceful mismanagement of a service that is used as a political tool, funding blowing in the wind and failing vs welfare priorities.

The fact this needs to be implemented is disgusting in itself, it is crucial and a necessary change to ensure that safety is paramount. Mass deportation will fix most of the issue, but this will be a cherry on top.

Since it was determined that at least 100k foriegn born medical staff were giving bogus degrees by paper mills in their home countries there should be a minimum requirement to take an English proficiency test as well as medical proficiency test! Just like with CDLs have English proficiency test to drive semi trucks so should medical staff! There should be more than a DMV clerk to certify someone's proficiency! Too many have been caught accepting bribes for their part in the scam! Lives are at risk! A school board should convene for the purpose of protecting the integrity of medical students and their ability to read and write in English!

British nursing graduates, can't get jobs in the NHS, because they fill it up with foreign nurses. It's part of the population replacement program. How do you even know, if these foreigners qulifications are real? Selling phony qualifications, is big business in India for example

And every qualifications triple checked.
🇬🇧 A mental health nurse has been jailed for four years after neglecting a 22-year-old patient she held a “grudge” against before her death. Laurence Tchapong, 54, was supposed to check Amy Barber every five minutes but failed to do so for 25 minutes. The court heard Tchapong later falsified observation records to cover up the neglect, but CCTV exposed the false entries. Tchapong, who migrated to the UK from Cameroon and qualified as a mental health nurse in 2004, denied being responsible.

Not to mention they hate this country. I was treated in A and E recently, it was in London. I no longer live in London. The Asian male checking me in said to me. 'Oh you live where?' And I told him, and he told me how he'd never want to live there. He told me how London is sooo much better. I thought yeah, because you bastards have taken that city, that's why you like it.

A Doctor trained in Pakistan has not received the same training as in the UK. This is also a massive problem. The NHS know the standards for becoming a qualified Dr in the UK is higher & takes longer hence they deliberately only train a small nimber of nurses and doctors each yr.
