It was put in place after I took my seat in the office and removed as soon as I was about to leave. One day, I suddenly stepped out of my office and noticed it. When I understood the thought and innovation behind it, I was genuinely impressed. I not only appreciated Havildar Shamsher Singh Gurjar for his initiative but also gave him a well-deserved pat on the back. His simple yet thoughtful innovation brought a smile to my face. Often, great innovations do not come from great resources; they emerge from the ability to understand small, everyday problems and find simple and practical solutions to them. Havildar Shamsher Singh Gurjar’s initiative was a wonderful example of this very spirit “It was not a small idea; it was a big thought behind a small innovation.”
