The Telangana High Court today set aside and dismissed the CAT (Central Administrative Tribunal) order against DRDO Scientist Jaiteerth Joshi’s appointment as Director General of BrahMos Aerospace. His appointment was challenged by Sivasubramanyam Nambi Naidu— also a scientist with DRDO.
