That FBI liaison said that because of that, “We now know it was law enforcement” who planted those devices. 4 - Three weeks later, on November 8, I named a possible forensic match to the person the FBI had failed to identify, for almost five years … even with their $11 billion annual budget. 5 - Five days later, FBI had a surveillance team on the home of Brian Cole Jr. 6 - Three weeks after that, FBI/DOJ arrested the autistic, highly OCD young black man … Brian Cole Jr. … on December 4, 2025.
