This is a professional reporter in Utah who, instead of reading the literal email screenshot to know expulsion hearings were never planned, just treated captions and conservative podcasts as gospel.

Expulsion hearings scheduled today for two Republican U of U students have been delayed. According to Andrew Kolvet on βThe Charlie Kirk Show,β Nick Sortor contacted the show Tuesday night seeking attorneys to represent the students.
Sortor said Erika Kirk then paid to retain legal representation for both students.
The students were notified this morning that their expulsion hearings had been delayed

Can I just say⦠I despise this. Just two open wounds in downtown Manhattan that we failed to rebuild.
We couldβve built a beautiful 9/11 memorial and still built back the twin towers bigger and better than before. Instead we have these gaping holes, a monument to the weakness and incompetence of the people running NYC.
