राहुल गांधी एक नवंबर की रैली की जिद पर हैं। हिन्दुओं के पर्व पर भी उन्हें झूठी लड़ाई लड़कर सत्ता प्राप्त करना है। अब सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में चुनाव आयुक्तों ने शपथपत्र दाखिल किया है। बार एंड बेंच की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग (ECI) ने मुख्य निर्वाचन आयुक्त (CEC) के कामकाज के खिलाफ दायर याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जवाबी हलफनामा दाखिल किया है; आयोग का कहना है कि यह याचिका पूरी तरह से केवल एक समाचार रिपोर्ट पर आधारित है। ECI का क्या कहना है: 🔹 हलफनामे को तीनों सदस्यों - CEC और दोनों निर्वाचन आयुक्तों (ECs) - ने सर्वसम्मति से मंजूरी दी है। 🔹 तीनों SIR आदेश (जून 2025, अक्टूबर 2025, मई 2026) आयोग के सर्वसम्मत फैसले थे। 🔹 किसी फाइल पर काम चलने के दौरान CEC या ECs द्वारा दी गई टिप्पणियां, सवाल या सुझाव, आयोग के 'फैसले' नहीं माने जाते हैं। 🔹 फाइलें एक EC के पास जाती हैं, फिर दूसरे EC के पास, और अंत में CEC के पास। जरूरी मामलों में, मंजूरी इलेक्ट्रॉनिक तरीके से ले ली जाती है और बाद में उसे फाइल में दर्ज कर दिया जाता है 🔹 अगर कोई अधिकारी अपनी तय शक्तियों से बाहर जाकर आदेश जारी करता है, तो उसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी 🔹 28 जुलाई का काम बांटने (work allocation) का आदेश प्रतिनियुक्ति (deputation) पर आए एक अतिरिक्त सचिव ने जारी किया था। अगले ही दिन दोनों ECs ने कैबिनेट सचिव को पत्र लिखा। 30 जुलाई को ECs के संयुक्त निर्देश के बाद, उस आदेश को कभी लागू नहीं किया गया 🔹 फॉर्म 6 में कोई बदलाव नहीं किया गया है। इसमें बदलाव करने का अधिकार केवल केंद्र सरकार के पास है। SIR घोषणा-पत्र (declaration) एक अलग दस्तावेज है 🔹 यह माना गया है कि ऑनलाइन डिस्प्ले को बदलाव (amendment) के रूप में समझा जा सकता था। 21 अक्टूबर से, ऑनलाइन आवेदन को फॉर्म 6 और घोषणा-पत्र में बांट दिया जाएगा, ठीक वैसे ही जैसे फिजिकल फॉर्म में होता है 🔹 जिन मतदाताओं का डेटा मैप नहीं हुआ है, उन्हें सुनवाई (hearing) में जाने की जरूरत नहीं है। BLOs उनके घर जाकर दस्तावेज ले लेंगे। सुनवाई केवल बहुत खास मामलों में ही होगी, और वह भी ऑनलाइन होने को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी 🔹 ECINet: ERO के आदेश के बिना कोई भी नाम न तो जोड़ा जा सकता है और न ही हटाया जा सकता है। नियमों का पालन हो रहा है या नहीं, यह जांचने के लिए IIT और IISc के विशेषज्ञों की एक समिति बनाई गई है। 🔹 गोवा: "छूट गए" 97 मतदाताओं में से 88 पहले ही पंजीकृत हो चुके थे, 6 विदेश में थे और 3 के पास पुर्तगाली पासपोर्ट थे। 🔹 पश्चिम बंगाल: सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेशों के तहत, CEO पश्चिम बंगाल के अधिकारियों ने मतदाताओं को शामिल किए जाने के खिलाफ अपीलें दायर कीं। "इन मामलों को आयोग के सामने नहीं लाया गया था।" 🔹 CEC (मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त) को रोकने की याचिका स्वीकार नहीं की जा सकती। CEC को केवल सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जज की तरह ही हटाया जा सकता है। 🔹 आयोग ने कभी भी कोई आंतरिक नोट या फाइल मीडिया को जारी नहीं की, और न ही ऐसा करने की अनुमति दी। 🔹 EVM पर बार-बार उठाए गए सवाल, जिन्हें सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहले ही खारिज कर चुका है 🔹 दशहरे की छुट्टियों के कारण संक्षिप्त जवाब दाखिल किया गया। ECI ने विस्तृत, बिंदुवार जवाब दाखिल करने की अनुमति मांगी है अब राहुल गांधी एक नवंबर की रैली रद्द करेंगे क्या? वैसे भी एक नवंबर 1984 के सिख नरसंहार की तारीख पर रैली को भाजपा बड़ा मुद्दा बना रही है, लेकिन राहुल गांधी तो राहुल गांधी हैं। उनका कुछ भी योजनाबद्ध नहीं होता। उन्होंने तो स्पष्ट बताया था कि, प्रियंका चाहती थीं कि, योजनाबद्ध तरीके से हो, लेकिन बिना योजना बनाए ही मीडिया कवरेज मिलती है। अब आप अच्छे से समझ सकते हैं कि, राहुल गांधी क्या और कैसे करना चाहते हैं। हम भारत के लोगों को समझना होगा कि, नेता प्रतिपक्ष मोदी या भाजपा पर नहीं, लोकतंत्र और संविधान पर ही हमला कर रहे हैं। अब हम भारत के लोगों को तय करना होगा कि, संविधान बदल देंगे, आरक्षण समाप्त कर देंगे वाली अफवाह से 99 तक पहुंचे राहुल गांधी को लोकतांत्रिक तरीके से कैसे सुधारना है।

Fareed says "Musk chose a wrong time to attack the Modi govt." I agree with Fareed on everything he says in this episode. Including on how Trump admin has eroded 25 years of India-US relationship, and trust by cozying up to India's arch rival and dictatorship like Pakistan. But here's my analysis on Musk's actions: Musk didn't chose the wrong moment. He was advised to do this attack wrongly by agents of a power orchestrating all kinds of destabilizing events in and around India now. He was advised to do it at a time when Starlink was about to be approved anyway. IMO, the influence this power has on Musk's supply chain was leveraged to make him do this attack on GoI, Ambani, and Modi. But this power is very bad in understanding India. It thought by doing this using Elon's clout when its other destabilization protests were on, and by using its political agents inside India to attack Modi linking Ambani, it can destabilize India further. These supremacists have little understanding about India and its diverse psychology. They project their homogeneous culture and reverence for westerners like Elon on diverse Indians to think such attacks by him will be endorsed by Indians. It backfired badly. Not only it backfired for Elon and the purpose he was made to attack, it backfired on their main destabilizing efforts using protests and anarchy too. It helped a foreign hand emerge in the minds of Indians clearly diluting the regime change efforts. This is why I believe in the long term this power will fail against India even if it succeeds against other superpower adversaries. India is too complex and diverse even for highly experienced Indian politicians to direct it as a whole. It's better to give up and get along.
