I've seen a few of Crypto Phoenix's videos and I just wanted to share my thoughts on a few things...
1- He stated that the BIS will designate XRP a Tier 1 asset before XRP price appreciates...
-The BIS will never designate XRP as a Tier 1 asset unless it is systemically important and needed. Which a low dollar XRP can't possibly be. Banks, Financial institutions, and Governments need Deep liquity to cover their books daily, have no friction between counterparties, and settle instantly. Which also means that XRP has to be a much higher price to facilitate this in the 1st place. Crypto Phoenix's theory is not plausible where XRP is designated Tier 1 before it jumps to a high price. Price has to come 1st. At least a 3 digit XRP is needed to get started and likely XRP would need to be 4 digits before Tier 1 was awarded. This could happen very quickly in a matter of days if a global financial crisis ensues. Which is also looking very likely.
2- CP stated that the Clarity Act is needed before XRP price appreciates...
-This is incorrect in my opinion. The lawsuit that Ripple won clearly states that XRP is a commodity and has full legal and regulatory clarity in the US. Nothing further is needed for any Bank, Financial institution, or Government to adopt XRP in their payment flows today. The Only thing that is stopping it is the lack of liquidity and the Depth of the markets for XRP on the XRPL. They need liquidity to be Deep enough so they can settle their daily volume of their books. Once XRP's price is high enough then there will be a Massive jump of demand, volume, and settlement which drives it even higher. I believe the 1st jump will take place through Evernorth, ETF's (especially once BlackRock gets involved), and the coming DTCC going live. Once this happens XRP will quickly hit $50-$100+. That's enough liquidity for the Banks to get started and start pushing more flows of their books through XRP. Then the rest will follow and XRP will hit the high numbers that Crypto Phoenix is talking about. It could happen very fast.
I think Crypto Phoenix has the right endgame destination for XRP though
