There is NO saving pub ed without MAJOR reform of school boards. Their elections, their training, their comprehension level, their operation. TxLege could do good work here. It's needed. Fast.

Hopefully, utilizing the Search Engine for Multi-Agency Reportable Conduct (SEMARC) will help prevent these issues in the future. This is one of many, some go right over the Tx Boarder in a neighboring State when realizing they are under investigation before anything is on their certification in Tx.
