Part 1 showed the plumbing.
Part 2 is what's starting to move through it.
The Assets:
Gemini Fund Services: Speed Bay Real Estate Income Trust
#1W7N and SLR Secured Specialty Lending
#1W7O entering the AIP network.
SS&C Technologies: Opportunity Zone and alternative fund structures entering the clearing directory.
Securitize Markets — #4305: added to the NSCC MPID directory.
Different assets. Different firms. Same direction:
They're preparing to tokenize the world.
automation → netting → mobility → interoperability → tokenization
At the same time, legacy infrastructure is being removed.
GOV2219 / GOV2222: sponsored sub-accounts purged.
TIW584: ABS CDS controls rewritten around automated Pay-As-You-Go calculations and Automatic Exit functionality.
Sept. 23, 2026: State Street removes the Baron FinTech Fund from its omnibus repo arrangement.
That’s what a system rebuild looks like:
Files. Account numbers. Rule changes. Effective dates.
The Calendar is STACKED (just a sliver)
Sept. 21, 2026: Schwab #9529, Raymond James #9553 /
#94AG / #9570, MUFG
#94EJ / #9493, SMBC #9889.
Sept. 23: BNY Mellon operational accounts #4290–#4304.
Oct. 2–29: CMU220-26 — Parallel Production Testing for DTCC’s Tokenization Service.
Nov. 2027: B#24776-26 — hard ISO 20022 migration deadline tied to DTC settlement connectivity.
That sequence matters.
The securities rail can be built.
The collateral rail can be built.
Custody can be built.
Clearing can be built.
Messaging can be built.
The pipes do not have to wait for the final stablecoin rulebook.
Then the digital-cash layer can plug into infrastructure already sitting there.
Here’s my thesis:
If securities become programmable, collateral becomes mobile and settlement compresses, the cash side has to move just as fast.
YOU CAN’T BUILD FERRARI-SPEED ASSET RAILS AND LEAVE THE CASH LEG DRIVING A ’92 BUICK.
That’s why I keep digging into:
XRP. XRPL. RLUSD. Ripple Prime. Hidden Road. Tokenized collateral. Stablecoin settlement. ISO 20022.
Not because a DTCC filing says:
“XRP goes here.”
It doesn’t.
The question is whether this architecture creates the exact liquidity, settlement and interoperability problems these technologies were designed to solve.
That’s where XRP research either gets serious—
or turns into hopium and slop.
Follow the institutions.
Follow custody.
Follow liquidity.
Follow settlement.
Follow the cash leg.
Ripple Prime. Hidden Road. RLUSD. XRPL.
Keep digging until the documents prove the connection—
or kill the thesis.
And understand this:
TOKENIZATION ISN’T COMING. IT ALREADY STARTED.
DTC-held securities have already been used in live tokenized production transactions. There was a large failure in June.
Now the infrastructure is scaling:
Sept. 21.
Sept. 23.
Oct. 2.
#9529. #9553.
#94AG. #9570.
#94EJ. #9493. #9889. #4290–#4305.
GOV2219. GOV2222. TIW584. CMU220-26. B#24776-26.
Those are the receipts.
Most people won’t read them. I will.
I’ll keep mapping the filings, dates, accounts and connections—and show exactly where the evidence ends and the thesis begins.
Because by the time everybody notices the train—
the tracks may already be finished.
