GroEstate I, LLC just filed an amended Reg A offering statement, and its cash flow statement lists "Proceeds from sale of XRP" of $39,518.
They rotated the same amount into USDT, and also booked $99,895 in crypto purchases during the six months ended Dec 31, 2025.
Real estate companies are now holding and trading crypto on their books, and XRP is in the mix.
