There’s an old saying: Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered. Now, don’t misinterpret this. I am not a jihadi calling for anyone to be literally slaughtered. It is a metaphor. The point is, in human endeavors, we must regrettably expect some greed to be involved. But too much is just too much. Tinubu is a hog. Nobody in history has engorged themselves at Nigeria’s public trough more than he has. His policies have looted the treasury and racked up overwhelming debt for the sole benefit of himself and his cronies — without one iota of public benefit — while the standard of living and security of the nation have plummeted. The people are suffering and dying while he luxuriates in Paris and issues still more massive, no-bid contracts to his buddies. For the good of humanity, It’s time for this hog and his bloodthirsty party of criminals to meet their political end. #EarthShaker

I am proud to announce that, effective immediately, I am banning Fake News CNN, MSNOW (who recently changed their name from MSNBC due to lack of viewership and credibility!), and Politico (The recipients of an illegal and ridiculous $8 Million Dollar subscription, an All Time Record, directly from the United States Government, under Crooked Joe Biden, in order to keep them “alive.” Seems like corruption to me!), from the White House as a result of their constant “reporting” FAKE NEWS! Media Outlets shouldn’t be able to constantly write or report FICTION and LIES when they’re covering the President of the United States, the Trump Administration, or the United States of America. Other Fake News Media Outlets to follow. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP

I AM TIRED OF WRITING BAD THINGS ABOUT THE NIGERIA I LOVE I do not enjoy writing negative articles about Nigerian leaders. I find it depressing and exhausting. At my age, not being able to write good things about Nigeria feels like a disgrace. Growing up during the oil boom, I boasted endlessly about my country. At school, at university and later on Wall Street, I would talk about Nigeria with enormous pride — and people listened with respect. Those days have gone. We are no longer the great power of Africa we once imagined ourselves becoming. That is precisely why I write. I want good governance for my people. I want men and women in public office who love their country and genuinely intend to improve the lives of Nigerians. President Tinubu had choices. He could have made electricity a national emergency. He could have confronted insecurity. He could have ensured that the enormous savings from ending the fuel subsidy visibly improved the lives of ordinary Nigerians. He could have governed with transparency and answered legitimate questions about his past and education instead of allowing those questions to follow his presidency. Nobody forced this government to behave as though Nigeria were a private company. Nigeria is not anybody’s personal estate. The President’s son should wield no powers that belong to the state. The President’s wife should not operate as though an unelected office carries an independent mandate over public money. Opposition must be protected, not intimidated. The law must apply equally to those in government and those who challenge it. This is supposed to be a democracy. I want the Nigeria I remember believing in. I want affordable fuel. I want medicine in our hospitals. I want our factories working at home and our graduates employed. I want our borders secure and Nigerians able to travel our roads without wondering whether they will arrive alive. And I want a stronger opposition. The danger Nigeria faces demands more than press releases and polite disagreement. It requires organisation, courage, vigilance and a serious alternative government capable of convincing Nigerians that decline is not inevitable. I do not enjoy writing every day about what has gone wrong. I would much rather write about Nigerian achievements, Nigerian ingenuity and a government transforming people’s lives. But until our direction changes, I will continue to speak. Threats, abuse and insults will not silence me. Nigeria is on her knees, but she does not have to remain there. Let us put aside tribe, religion, party and personal ambition and get her standing again. I want to boast about Nigeria again. That is why I write. #Nigeria #GoodGovernance #NigeriaDeservesBetter #Democracy #RuleOfLaw #Accountability #EndInsecurity #FixNigeria #Nigeria2027
