I've also looked into this theory with advanced k-grip and visual filters applied.

This is a good example of what I believe we are seeing. A single port and because of the shape of it and angle and light hitting it, it casts a shade on the right side which is inside the outer edge of the rectangular exhaust. That makes it appear like two openings. The opening is the dark circle on the left in this image. The burst in the right that’s dark is a shadow. You can also see the full shape of the rectangular single exhaust that was factory for all 2013 Dodge Challengers. If it was a dual (quad setup) as claimed, you wouldn’t see the full outer rectangular shape with nothing separating the middle.
