WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert says Enes Kanter Freedom and Royce White are ineligible because they are "both men," but, as OutKick reports, she still couldn't define what a woman is. Republican lawmakers asked Engelbert how the league defines a "woman," but in her response letter, she was unable to provide that definition. She was able, however, to somehow determine that both Kanter Freedom and White are "men."
