An 8-oz w/2 sides for $20 is still a better deal than McDonald's. The only difference-maker is if the customer has time to get to a steakhouse (fewer locations), and the time for sitdown service.
Depends on location I think. Was there just last night and the 8oz sirloin at the OKC location was $17.99, not $19.99 as your menu shows.
Still, the 12oz strip is well over $20 here.
