I worked with Farage from 1999-2003 when he was first elected as an MEP, sharing an office with him in Strasbourg. I stayed at his home, travelled with him, dined and entertained when we were in Europe, and worked with him in the UK. Outwardly charming, he is in fact a vindictive, aggressive bully, with a huge chip on his shoulder. He is intolerant of criticism, has no loyalty to anyone, and will shaft anyone who disagrees with him, gets in his way or poses a threat (usually by underhand means, via third parties). I am not surprised, therefore, that you have come to your view. Most people who have been close to Farage feel the same way and would not trust him in the slightest. Many more will come to the same conclusion, and eventually the Farage bubble will burst. I hope it does so before he does even more damage.

The violent balaclava men would rather your child died at the seaside for want of a lifeboat of volunteers being available to save them because 1% of the time the RNLI help small boat people.

@SenRonJohnson is spreading DANGEROUS MISINFORMATION. Covid vaccines DO NOT CAUSE MISCARRIAGES and REDUCE STILLBIRTHS by 15% Huge meta-analysis of 23 studies across 6 countries looking at over 500,000 pregnancies
NEW: Dr. Fauci was concerned in January 2021 that the second dose of the COVID shot “theoretically could be associated with miscarriage in the 1st trimester.”   @SenRandPaul and I released the texts between Anthony Fauci, Rochelle Walensky, and Vivek Murthy below.   While I’ve been conducting oversight for years, now that we have the documents and Fauci’s government-issued phone, my investigation has only just begun.

Why Reform’s grand new idea for returning boats won’t work, most of it has been tried before
Replying to @ZiaYusufUK
Yet again, pure bluster. Another of Zia Yusless's policies that appears to be made up on the spot. It's already been tried under @pritipatel, and never took off due to the many legal challenges, and ultimately the Navy refused to cooperate. Amongst the many, many issues: - International Marine Law carries a duty to assist vessels in distress and protect life at sea. - Refugee law states people have a right to asylum. Simply turning all boats around would conflict with our obligations under the Refugee Convention. - Human Rights Law and the ECHR would most likely conflict with this. - France would need to fully cooperate. @GenGJenkinsRM - it would be interesting to hear the Navy's response to such a ludicrous proposal. Then again, as Yusless isn't even an MP, you probably have better things to do with your time.

By convention, only parties with an established presence in the House of Lords receive political nominations. The Prime Minister forwards nominations from the main parties that already have Lords groups. In this round, that meant Labour, the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats, alongside independent Crossbench appointments. Reform UK does not currently have a group in the House of Lords.

I don't know what to think anymore. I thought Andy was part of the Establishment. But now I discover the Bin is the Establishment. And the Establishment Bin opposed Andy. So Andy mustn't be the Establishment. We MUST establish more facts. But not Establishment facts obvs.

Your lot have spent the past 18 months playing the man. Keir Starmer has been hounded, largely because of your politics of hatred and division, and now you’re upset that people are doing the same to Farage? Spare us the faux outrage.
The hounding of Nigel Farage and his family over their personal finances and living arrangements is a transparent attempt by established power - in the government and the media - to disable Reform because of the threat the party poses to their privileges. All these attacks haven’t revealed a single incidence of wrongdoing. They’re playing the man and not the ball. The British public will see that, and see it is unfair, and it won’t work.

This is the 2022 Be.EV story recycled. The contract wasn't with Manchester City Council, it was with Transport for Greater Manchester, a different body, and it predates his wife's directorship, the TfGM contract to run the EV charging network was already in place before that. Burnham declared the interest at the time and removed himself from related decisions. Worth checking dates before reposting.

Two things can be true at the same time. Thing 1: the attack in Belfast was unspeakably horrific and absolutely horrendous. Thing 2. Masked men burning down houses with children still inside is really awful and should be condemned. It's not complicated.

Henry Nowak’s father said the following earlier: “We want to use Henry’s heartbreaking story to make change for the better. We do not want his death to be used to create further division, hatred or tension. We want his story to help make our streets safer for everyone.“ These are his family’s wishes. They should be respected by all.

This is becoming like a psychosis now. Finding reasons to justify hating and excluding trans people from society has pushed way beyond the brink of reality into some imaginary world where every time you get changed in a fully-enclosed cubicle there is someone outside the door listening? What do these women do if a man walks past them in the street? Scream? Jump? Run across the road or into a shop doorway for "safety"? Completely deranged and obsessive behaviour. They won't be happy until men and women are fully segregated with separate lifts in public buildings, and women not allowed to go out while men are about, like Saudi Arabia. Proper Handmaid's Tale stuff.
