Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is the IT and consulting arm of the Tata Group. Its ties to the Indian government are extensive, long-running, and operate on several levels: historical nation-building by the broader Tata Group, large-scale e-governance and digital public-infrastructure contracts, alignment with current industrial policy (Digital India, Make in India, sovereign cloud/AI), and corporate political donations.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is one of many companies that Tata Group owns. Tata is basically a mega monopoly and a defacto arm of the Indian Govt. So what we have here folks is the Indian Govt actively involved in working to take over US companies via legal labor Visa programs and replace American workers in America in the companies they conquer from within. They operate very much like the CCP imo. That's my interpretation of all this Moreover, the significant client list of TCS seems to have a consistent correlating narrative emerging that where TCS goes American's get passed over for and H1B
"Dr. Josh C. Simmons
@drjoshcsimmons "I was a director of engineering at American Express. I was told to pass over qualified Americans for less-qualified H-1B applicants. Now men with a degree and a decade of experience can't get an interview, and we're told the economy is great. I lived the hiring side of this."
Tata Consulting (TCS) Clients: Happens to include American Express In FY2025, TCS received 5,505 H-1B approvals, ranking second overall behind Amazon (~10,044) and first among Indian IT companies (Infosys ~2,004; Cognizant ~2,493).

There are many additional subsidiaries, JVs, and smaller entities (e.g. Nelco, various Tata Steel / Tata Power operating companies, Agratas in batteries). “All” companies in the legal sense number far more than the ~31 core group companies because of overseas subsidiaries and step-down holdings.
