Similarly, I don't think Mr. Vijay would have provided the list of his assets, his chartered accountant would have done it. If the chartered accountant had committed some mistakes, can Mr. Vijay's election be declared null and void. When a person who was a superstar in cinema has disclosed over ₹600 crore, will non disclosure of some ₹20 or ₹30 lakh in Form 26 vitiate his election? the judge asks the counsel for the election petitioner.
