If I recall it perfectly, that was about Chief Long texting Dan Flood to meet him up at 11:00 AM but Dan failed to appear. So, the point I am making is the event was already approved prior to that skipped meeting. I haven't read the full review but will do soon but I think there is a meeting prior to the day of the event but again I am not certain so I may be wrong. Don't quote me on this.
