Oh it’s you again. Well declaring everyone who disagrees with your interpretation “misinformed”, “hysterical” or part of a “disinformation campaign” doesn’t make you the final authority on the law. People have read the judgment and are perfectly entitled to oppose its practical consequences and demand legislative reform. You don’t get to debate yourself and declare yourself correct. For someone who studied law you really suck at it you should consider changing careers because at this point it’s embarrassing.
There’s clearly and active disinformation about the Concourt judgment on asylum seekers. The hysteria is not factual.
There’s nothing new in the judgment that was not there for the 20 years up until 2024, when Home Affairs changed the law in violation of international law.
