(BTCC Scam 100k fund ) Hi everyone, I deposited $100,300 (@BTCCexchange) and grew it to roughly $106,000. That money , my life savings ,has been frozen and erased from my account. For 25 days all I've gotten is "the team is reviewing." No refund. No timeline. No human answer. Here's exactly what happened: I registered BTCC around 2 months ago. Before risking six figures, I did what I thought was due diligence: I checked if popular content creators are promoting btcc or whether BTCC was safe for a $100k deposit. On an ETH pair, I set a Stop Loss at a $7,000 loss. Instead of closing there, my position was closed for a $13,000 loss , nearly double the stop I placed. A stop loss that ignores where you set it is not a minor glitch when it's costing you thousands. That was my wake-up call. I asked for compensation on the slippage, and I moved to protect my capital by requesting a $70,000 withdrawal ,planning to keep 30k trading and send the rest to my cold wallet. BTCC rejected the withdrawal: I contacted the BD team who onboarded me. They blocked me. I escalated to BD leadership, @Muck_BTCC and @gbpmaxim. Blocked again. The only channel left is support tickets. 25 days, same copy-paste every time: "The team is reviewing your account and will update via email." The email never comes, and support says they "cannot expedite the team." When they finally offered a "reason," it was a canned, boilerplate excuse: that they found "anomalies" on my ID and that I "used the bonus the wrong way." Both are completely false. I never made a single dollar from their bonus , their broken stop loss cost me an EXTRA $6k. It's a manufactured pretext to justify wiping my account. And to be crystal clear: I'm not asking for a cent of profit. I only want my own deposit back , the deposit they've already zeroed out. Meanwhile exchanges are under pressure everywhere , @BitMEX exited , @BitMartExchange shutting down. I'm genuinely afraid @BTCCexchange could be next, quietly absorbing large deposits and wiping accounts before any collapse. If that happens, my 100k is gone 😰. For context: I was a VIP trader with over 15 million in volume in 12 days. This is how they treat a top customer the moment he tries to withdraw. I'm attaching my deposit proof and chat logs below.
