My little boy & I buy a local homeless man breakfast regularly. Today, we were a little late… We saw him getting escorted out of a shop by police. They confiscated the food he had stolen and was eating, sent him on his way & told him not to come back. I know police aren’t social workers, but nonetheless, I found it heartbreaking they just moved him up the road, away from the shop & left him. They didn’t even let him finish the food he was eating. (No, I don’t condone stealing (obviously!) but when it’s a hungry, homeless man & the product is half eaten, wouldn’t you at least let him finish it?! 🤯) We had a chat with him, got him breakfast, hot drinks etc and contacted @Tell_StreetLink It breaks my heart that local people live this way in Britain 2026💔 It also separately blows my mind that if only he’d come over on a boat…he’d be in a hotel right now, likely being offered a choice of breakfast… 😔

I find it absolutely incomprehensible that on the day we foiled a terror plot to attack an RAF base in Britain we are still letting undocumented illegal immigrants cross the English Channel.

More information emerging about the conviction of Del Somerville (jailed for two years for throwing a plastic bottle and telling police officers to 'F**k off' at a protest against the small boats). The court heard that Somerville had played a relatively minor role at the incident, had tried to pull another protester away when he confronted police, actually lived at the marina rather than travelled there for the purpose of protesting, and that the plastic bottle he threw was 'small' or 'empty'. It's impossible, in the context of wider sentencing policy in this country, to avoid the conclusion that the sanction handed down to Somerville amounts to two-tier justice.

It appears that an elderly man was arrested after a police officer faked being hit by his car, and it was caught on film. @BruceHamill_DU highlighted this to me yesterday and I’ve formally requested to speak to the Police and Crime Commissioner about this and report back

This footage is going to become a big headache for the police. A police officer appears to pretend he has been hit by a car. Seconds later, the elderly man behind the wheel is dragged out of the vehicle and thrown to the ground. How are the public supposed to trust the police to enforce the law when incidents like this happen? This needs investigating properly, and if the footage is as it appears, there must be accountability for every officer involved.

Bottles thrown everywhere, swearing constantly. Not 1 of these parasites even got charged. Englishman, Del Somerville, got 2 years this week. Don't tell me two-tier policing and judiciary doesn't exist.

What Del Somerville did was wrong. But a 2 year prison sentence is obviously two-tier. Why is the British state punishing protestors harder than illegal migrants who break into our county and commit appalling crimes? Why do judges apply the principle of deterrence to sentencing protestors, and not to the illegal migrants who are terrorising women and girls across our country? Somerville got 2 years for swearing aggressively at the police and throwing a plastic bottle towards them. But for context: Maqbil Dhaheri arrived on a small boat and was sentenced in April 2026 for sexually assaulting a nurse. He escaped prison with a 12 month community order. Hussein Almiyyahi arrived in a small boat in April 2024 and was sentenced in May 2026 for four counts of sexual assaulting three women. He was sentenced to 12 months in prison. Tadi Alemeyeha arrived in July 2025 and was sentenced in February 2026 for sexually assaulting a woman and then threatening to keep her silent. He was sentenced for 18 months. This is why the British state has a legitimacy crisis. It exerts far more effort suppressing people’s concerns about immigration than actually fixing it. Reform will ensure the British government actually serves the British people again.

He has spoken out about what he sees as the problems due to the lack of ethnic diversity in the police and the judiciary.
