The architect of Colorado’s Voting System wrote in his resignation letter.
“With sadness and disappointment, I am resigning from the board of Verified Voting. I believe that Verified Voting has lost its way. It has been providing cover for inherently untrustworthy voting systems—and the officials who bought them, the companies that make them, and any officials who might contemplate buying them in the future—by conducting ‘risk-limiting audits’ of untrustworthy paper records, creating the false and misleading impression that relying on untrustworthy paper for a RLA can confirm election outcomes (and debasing the meaning of ‘RLA’ in the process).”
UC Berkeley statistician Philip B. Stark resigned from Verified Voting’s board. In his letter, he accused the group of “providing cover for inherently untrustworthy voting systems” by promoting Risk-Limiting Audits (RLAs, which he invented) on paper records from ballot-marking devices that he viewed as unreliable, creating a false sense of security.
Verified Voting, a key advocate for paper ballots and RLAs, receives funding through progressive pass-throughs like the Tides Foundation ($150k+ in 2024), which has received tens of millions from George Soros’ Open Society Foundations. Board chair Barbara Simons has ties to the Democracy Alliance donor network. This layered structure funnels big-donor money with limited direct traceability. Colorado SoS Jena Griswold cannot account for unexplained mass edits after certification, in a closed system, with no transparency on how/why/who.
The people that stole the Colorado Elections used AI and closed software systems in the Colorado Election System to change the data. The anomalies post election certification in the csv are the smoking gun. It is ILLEGAL to change these files post election. Voter history should be immutable post-election (only updated for provisional/cure, not retroactively mass-edited). Post-certification changes are rare and usually for clerical fixes — hundreds of thousands would be unprecedented and scream manipulation or massive error.
How did they steal the election in Colorado?
• AI-assisted micro-manipulation
• Compartmentalized insiders at the top
• Thin, distributed changes that never trigger any threshold
• Legal NGO harvesting infrastructure as cover
• Centralized black-box processing that leaves no forensic trail
• Minimal paper trail / witnesses by design
Under those conditions, standard forensic methods fail by construction.
Therefore the new-rules playbook must look for second-order indicators — signs that the system is behaving as if it is being protected from scrutiny, rather than signs of the fraud itself.
Smoking Gun:
Ghost/Fake Ballots): Post-certification edits to voter history fields are a classic ghost reactivation/reset mechanism — activate inactives for late voting, then edit history back or purge after to clean up. Thin changes (small % per voter) won’t spike turnout stats or trigger RLAs.
• Maps to Central Black Box Processing: If edits happen in the statewide database (SoS-controlled, not county-level), it’s centralized and opaque. No public audit trail for who/what/when edited voter history post-certification. The El Paso CSV mismatch (Nov 2025) shows discrepancies between county ground truth and SoS-published files — exactly what a black-box alteration would produce.

Tina Peters Was Right
Harassed, prosecuted, and convicted by the state of Colorado for defying unlawful orders from Colorado Attorney General Jenna Griswold, Tina Peters is living out a nightmare no American should ever experience. Confined to a Colorado jail, Tina is serving an excessive and unwarranted prison sentence because she had the courage and integrity to follow federal law requiring her to preserve the Mesa County 2020 election records.
The Unite4Freedom Colorado Vote Tampering Report is clear—illegal changes were made to individual voter history records AFTER certification of the 2020, 2022, and 2024 elections. Tina knew something was wrong, and we have the evidence to prove it.
How it Works
Thousands of changes have been documented by Unite4Freedom data analysts by comparing snapshots of certified federal election records. Each snapshot is the moment in time when the record was downloaded from the State database. These snapshots are auditable items required to be retained and should not change after an election has been certified, but voters literally disappear by the thousands while others are added.
Are these error corrections, which tell us the certification was election fraud? Or are they part of a massive coverup?
We do not know how voters voted, but we do know that tampering with federal records behind closed doors without a transparent adjudication process is an apparent crime.
Our great team of data analysts, applying forensic standards and a peer reviewed process, documented over 300,000 changes in 2020 AND over 150,000 in 2022 by comparing three snapshots. In 2024, comparing only two snapshots, that number was 3,416. Will future comparisons of 2024 snapshots reveal hundreds of thousands of changes, as they did in 2020 and 2022? Or will patriots looking over their shoulders deter future changes? What will the FBI find if they seize all of Colorado’s records and meticu-lously audit them, one by one?
Unite4Freedom analyses are evidence of a potential crime at the highest levels of Colorado government. We the People demand a full criminal investigation, and that Tina Peters be set free by Federal action pending the outcome of that investigation.
While we can only see artifacts of the apparent election fraud, criminal investigators will be able to see it all. As always, Unite4Freedom will share all our data, line by line, with law enforcement and courts of competent jurisdiction.
How Do We Know Who Won?
This is not rhetorical. It is the operative question.
If the election was lawful and the results were legitimately certified, why are changes being made to the records after certification? If corrections were required post-certification, how could the election have been certified as accurate?
There is no third option.
Election certification is not symbolic as portrayed by the media and pundits. In fact, it is a formal legal act, whereby government officials (supposed servants of the public!) attest that the election was conducted lawfully and that the results are accurate.
Unite4Freedom’s Vote Tampering reports are evidence that the election results are being manipulated at the State level, by parties unknown, and Colorado executive and election officials are MIA! And, in one of the most outrageous cases of political prosecution in the country, Tina Peters has been given what is essentially a death sentence.
Again, how do we know who won? What are the downstream consequences of invalid elections? We all know in our hearts.

1. No Tenure / No Pension. A Congressman/woman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they're out of office. And no more perks go with them.
2. Congress (past, present, & future) participates in Social Security. All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose.
3. Congress must purchase their own retirement plan, just as ALL Americans do.
4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise at the same rate as the COLA for monthly Social Security recipients minus 1% if having a budget balance deficit.
5. Congress loses their current care system and participates in the same health care system (Medicare) as the American people.
6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the American people (i.e. NO MORE INSIDER TRADING!!!).
7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen/women are void. The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen/women. Congress made all these contracts by and for themselves.
Serving in Congress is an honor and privilege, NOT a career.
The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators should serve their term(s), then go home and go back to work … not get all kinds of freebies. Term limits of 2 terms and treat them like a regular citizen!
