I feel this advice is outdated a tiny bit. With AI tools, any regular joe can now do the automation part without much extra affort.

We reached $40M ARR with ~60 people and no SF office. The biggest unlock was talking like actual humans in public. Most people treat LinkedIn like a compliance review. They scrub every honest opinion and write like an HR department. Then they wonder why nobody pays attention. When you share the real operational decisions, customers trust you and great talent reaches out.
