Wii week continues with ‘Super Mario Bros. Wii’ which is such a top tier title. I’ve never been the biggest Nintendo fan but this was as close to converting as I’m willing to admit! I still play this regularly to get my plumbing fix! #retrogames #nintendo #mario

Wii week is starting with the best EVER Mario Kart game. 'Mario Kart Wii' is just perfect. It is fun to handle, the tracks are legendary, and it screams fun for everyone! This is an essential title on the system and maybe my favourite! Anyone agree? #retrogames #nintendo #wii

I remembered today! ‘Gears of War 2’ on the 360 is my fav game in the series. Horde mode was my fav addition and I played that even more than the game! This is in my top 5 of all time… #xbox #gearsofwar #retrogames

Tonight’s game is for the Nintendo Wii. ‘Red Steel’ is a fun game. Once you accept the controls are not as free as you’d like, the game plays like a charm. I love the style and the gunplay. It is still cheap too! Winner! #nintendo #retrogames

Today's pick is 'Fighting Vipers' which is for the Sega Saturn. I have yet to play this as my Saturn is in transit but I have enjoyed this in the arcade. Excited to master this at home! #segasaturn #retrogames

Today's game I am currently playing through. It has been one of the most magnificent experiences of my gaming life. 'Persona 5' is just everything you could want in an RPG. Beautiful graphics, great characters, compelling storytelling, and fun mechanics. #playstation #persona

I missed the hype for today’s pick so loved it from day one. I spent forever just exploring. ‘No Man’s Sky’ is one of my favourite ways to relax and see things digitally that I will never get to see irl. I even bought it on the Switch too! #playstation #switch #retrogames

Today’s pick is ‘Devil May Cry’ which was responsible for me wanting a PlayStation 2. It was such a stylish title that screamed cool! It has dated a little bit still holds a ton of charm. Any other fans? #playstation #devilmaycry #retrogames

‘Star Wars Battlefront’ is the game that made me truly fall in love with shooters. I loved ‘Doom’ but this got me hooked on a whole new level. A magical game. I hate what they have done to Star Wars tho. #starwars #playstation #retrogames #dysreteo

My Gameboy is still alive and my pick today is ‘Double Dragon’. A classic beat em up and a decent port! I can’t believe the old girl still works! I’ve had this over 32 years! This brought me so much joy! #gameboy #nintendo #retrogames #dysretro
