📢This is huge news! “This is the first case where a jury has found that false accusations of rape can constitute sexual harassment, and the first time a university has been found liable for deliberate indifference to that harassment,” Greaves told The Daily Wire. “This case is a landmark for falsely accused men in universities.”
"This case is a landmark for falsely accused men in universities." A jury in Maryland just ruled that a man falsely accused of rape on a college campus is himself the victim of sexual harassment. Big story from @AmandaPresto in @realDailyWire: dailywire.com/news/in-landma…

🤯 Here's a false accusation that perfectly epitomizes the ridiculousness of violent victimhood. Souad Farress, a UK actress from Game of Thrones, was walking in Waterloo Underground station in London when she passed by a man named Mark. For some reason, she claimed that he sexually assaulted her when all they did was WALK PAST EACH OTHER. Mark was carrying a newspaper and a bag and did not even break stride as he walked by. They crossed paths for half a second without even acknowledging each other. This was all captured on CCTV. Souad Farress also failed to pick out Mark in a police lineup. Somehow, this made it all the way to a trial, where CPS played an altered version of the CCTV video footage. The prosecutor slowed the video down to half-speed to draw out the time window Souad was near Mark. Even with the tampered evidence, the video clearly showed Souad Faress to be a LIAR. Mark was found unanimously not guilty, but still endured a ‘year of hell’. This included severe anxiety, social isolation, and reputational harm. When he demanded CPS to apologize for what they did, they refused and never provided an explanation for their horrible actions. Straight out of a Kafka novel.

Brilliant news, Tom and happy birthday to Joshua. I’ll be adding these names to my list (you’re already there) and looking out for news of Christian on Friday. Fingers crossed for good decisions. :-)
Well that’s official 5 down 2 to go. Thanks to all the legal teams from @karentodner who started it all to all the team from @hickmanandrose today. We’ve got another hearing on Friday, let’s hope that goes the right way too for Christian.

Today should see 5 traders have their wrongful convictions overturned by a court that five times rejected them and a CCRC that wasn’t interested. It’s also Joshua’s 15th birthday, he was 14m old when I was arrested. All that money and effort to destroy so many lives for what?

This is the entire problem for both the PMI and the probation officer Liz. I call it 'the Kafka trap' in Magnolia Graffiti. They are duty bound to supervise conditions based on something that didn't happen, ratified by an ideologically biased justice system. It twists reality inside out, and compels both PMI and PO to live a kind of ridiculous, performative lie

I want to pay tribute to my learned junior, Megan Cox and to Mr Ian Lewis. Great teams win cases.
Historic sexual offences case abandoned on the evening before a dismissal hearing. The CPS has abandoned its prosecution of a man charged with four counts of historic rape and assault by penetration within a marriage, on the evening before the Crown Court was due to hear an application to dismiss. The application, drafted by Edward Henry KC, focused on a detailed analysis of the complainant’s own evidence against the legal requirements for establishing lack of consent and reasonable belief in consent. The Crown offered no evidence and not guilty verdicts were recorded on all counts. Edward Henry KC, leading Megan Cox, was instructed by Ian Lewis of JMW Solicitors LLP. mountfordchambers.com/histor…

This cannot be ignored any longer, a nation scandal the likes has never seen. We all know why it's being ignored but we won't stop shouting and fighting for justice back in our judicial system. We'll done JIMS and Marsha!👏👏👏
WE’RE IN THE HERALD. 🗞️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 My petition calling on the Scottish Parliament to seek answers about what has happened since the landmark UK Supreme Court judgment on fair trial rights reached The Best Scottish Paper 🙏 More than 1,000 of you have already signed as most of you know this scandal will be bigger than the Post Office scandal once it fully unfolds 💔 The Supreme Court found that the approach Scottish courts had taken since 2013 was too restrictive and risked depriving accused people of their right to a fair trial. Senior justice figures warned Parliament of significant consequences. Yet, as The Herald reports today: “But since then, and with a new parliament elected in May, no further information has been provided.” That’s the point. We need answers, transparency and scrutiny about how many cases may be affected and what Scotland is actually doing in response. Thank you to everyone who has signed and shared and to Kathleen Nutt and The Herald for continuing to shine a light on this. 1,000 signatures and national coverage. Let’s keep going. ❤️ Sign the petition here: petitions.parliament.scot/pe… heraldscotland.com/news/2660…

Front page article asking why the Supreme Court judgement on unfair trials, and the suppression of lies and relevant evidence in court has yet to be addressed and largely ignored. A national scandal.

Cleber Michel Alves was 37 when he was arrested on September 20, 2016. He spent three years and six months in a São Paulo prison after a 13-year-old girl in Cerquilho falsely accused him of raping her on September 2. He was sentenced to 10 years on her word alone, even though documents already placed him in other cities that day, including a delivery of handmade balls at a prison 67 kilometers away. Those documents were set aside. On March 16, 2020, she confessed that she had skipped school to spend the afternoon with her boyfriend and invented the attack so her family would not find out. He was released in April 2020 and finally met his son, who had been born less than a month after the arrest. Three and a half years of a man’s life were taken for a crime that never happened. 😢

another one that is making laws for us all whilst failing to understand the basic principles of law...
This suspended Labour MP still retains all the advantages of being a working MP despite the serious police investigation which started just months after his election. Why? And when can we expect a byelection in North East Somerset? theguardian.com/uk-news/2026…

Amongst the Cornell hysteria, feminists are once again lying about rape conviction rates. They have been told, time and time again, for decades, to stop doing this as it stops victims coming forward. It's time for us all to realise this is feminisms goal. Feminism is not about helping women, it's a project to dismantle western civilisation. On @megynkelly yesterday, @HMDatMI said this was a war against men. It's a war against us all. I've researched and written on this for many years and been ostracised because of it. I hope both Megyn and Heather can look into this. Short article below with longer under that. paulawrightdysmemics.com/p/d…

Brilliant former Ottawa University academic @JaniceFiamengo spoke to @RafHM of the @NewCultureForum about how feminism is destroying the west - how it always was, and the important difference between 'suffragettes' and 'suffragists' Fascinating stuff youtube.com/watch?v=Jv6MVg6I…
