The aftermath of migrating 144 databases into one: the Content Calendar. 🤓
My client is a content agency. They had a physical whiteboard to track every client, the content they were creating, and a whole system of numbers they manually updated based on each piece’s status to calculate how much content was left to create that week.
Now imagine doing this across 144 databases... Impossible. 😅
Every week, they’d spend 2–3 hours in a meeting just discussing and updating this whiteboard.
But once everything lived in one centralized content calendar db, connected to one client db, I realized we could make this whole thing digital.
So I built a mini app in
@glazeapp that connects those two databases and turns the Notion data into their old-school whiteboard, but better.
Everything stays managed in
@NotionHQ and
@glazeapp makes it visual, clean, and actually useful 🤝
No manual counting. No updating a physical whiteboard. This was honestly one of my favorite parts of the whole project. Almost done with a couple of final edits so I can ship it to them 😌✨
Bruh, I love
@NotionHQ agents.
