Cardano Native Tokens (CNTs) will be supported on @FireblocksHQ. That means every exchange, bank, and fintech using Fireblocks will be able to custody, send, and receive CNTs with the same policy controls they already use for every other asset. Cardano had a busy week. Institutional adoption, Dijkstra, AI payments, governance, node diversity, and 9 years of Cardano. Here’s what stood out this week 👇 🔹 Native Tokens → Fireblocks Cardano Native Tokens are coming to Fireblocks, opening custody, sending and receiving capabilities to banks, exchanges and fintechs already using the platform. A meaningful step for institutional access to CNTs. 🔹 Dijkstra preparation is ramping up Node 11.1.2 shipped with an essential testnet fix, while 11.2 is expected to include most of the Dijkstra feature set, including the new block format and Plutus V4 context, but not Leios. The Parameter Committee is assessing around 100 new Dijkstra guardrails and approximately 50 additional ones for Peras. 🔹 Cardano enters the agentic payments stack Cardano has been added to the official x402 SDK for agentic payments. Meanwhile, Masumi is already among Cardano’s top 20 applications by transaction count over both 30-day and 1-year periods. 🔹 Intersect Board Election Voting has closed. 139 members. 11 candidates. 2 seats. Results are expected Monday, September 28 at 12:00 UTC, following an independent third-party audit. 🔹 Constitutional Amendment Portal 7 proposals are currently in consultation. CAP-3, Evolving the Net Change Limit into a Strategic Spending Plan, remains the busiest thread, with 18 comments. 🔹 Node diversity keeps growing Haskell + Dingo are already producing Mainnet blocks, while Amaru + Gerolamo are progressing toward Mainnet block production. 🔹 Cardano just turned 9 🎂 Nine years since the Genesis block, and the network continues to evolve across infrastructure, governance, institutions and new use cases.
