Not a Terrorist: members of an internationally designated terrorist organisation who call themselves terrorists and talk about how much they love doing terrorism

A zionist guide to terrorism: Terrorist: a Palestinian in the west bank who exercises their right under international law and harms a soldier upholding an illegal occupation. 1/2

Terrorists from a settlement that is illegal under both international *and* Israeli law murdered a Palestinian teenager yesterday. Guess who the IDF arrested? The corpse. They arrested the corpse.

You should see how Israel treats journalists

*Israel says* he did those things. Which is to say, it almost certainly didn't happen in the way it was described. Trump seems to agree

Even under the assumption that tunnels under Al Shifa were used by Hamas in the past, there was no presence at the time the facility was seized by the IDF. Do you know what that makes this?
5
When the IDF decides to 'relax its standards' and abandon, as a matter of policy, the IHL law of proportionality, then yes, the killing is the point.

If you go to Israel you can read about it on their celebratory plaques

Quiz: when does a gang of terrorists in the west bank get to set fire to houses and hospitalise IDF officers and not be gunned down? Answer: when the terrorists have surnames like Horowitz instead of Saleh.

25
No, they're extremely precise about obliterating gaza's life-sustaining infrastructure, thus satisfying criteria 3 of the genocide convention
2
13
Yeah, they could have peace. Like in the west bank
22
I'll post again, because you seem to have trouble comprehending this basic fact
1
23
Destroying the ability of a population to survive through systematic destruction of civilian infrastructure is absolutely genocide.
1
21
Hospitals in particular are recognised as being of such importance to civilian populations that it places a significant burden of proof on behalf of the belligerent to justify their destruction. This is what Israel provided. Just bottomless contempt for IHL
1
42
The Israeli PM and the official IDF account described Al Shifa hospital as Hamas' main headquarters. Unit 8200 cobbled together some random digital assets and Israel called it evidence.
1
13
No, they didn't pick hospitals at random. The obliteration of Gaza was systematic, undertaken block by block. The entire point of the campaign was to destroy the ability of Gaza to sustain life. It is criteria 3 of the genocide convention

I like the part where he left the classroom and crossed the road to the actual military target. Per international law, the IDF destroying this school is a war crime

Looking at the image published by The National I noted a large building that looked relatively intact, anomalous in the scorched earth around it. It's because it's a school that Israel uses as a military base.

Yes I call it a genocide because Israel has killed 60,000 civilians while obliterating Gaza's entire civilian infrastructure, thus satisfying criteria 3 of the genocide convention

1. The rate of killing is higher in Gaza than in any 21st century conflict. 2. Israel's destruction of Gaza was an act of genocide committed to ethnically cleanse its population. Killing one hundred thousand Palestinians was just an added bonus x.com/i/grok/share/6bd2d39de…

Israel did not confer citizenship to Palestinians in East Jerusalem, and continues to deny 2/3 of citizenship applications because of their *intent to maintain a system of racial primacy*. Apartheid by definition.

This is shambolic. Area C of the west bank is under full Israeli civil authority. Palestinians in East Jerusalem are under full civil authority. They can't vote because they're not citizens. Why are they not citizens? Why was citizenship not conferred post-annexation, Gunther?

Interesting that they used the population within "Israel's green line" as the basis for their analysis. Do these idiots not realise that the apartheid label is in relation to their occupation of the west bank and east Jerusalem? Serious scholarship here
