It’s not a claim, Brian is innocent.
Conservative activists and former Jan. 6 defendants are rallying behind Brian Cole Jr., the man accused of planting pipe bombs outside the RNC and DNC headquarters on Jan. 5, 2021.
Some supporters, including Cole’s parents and prominent conservative figures, claim the government framed him and that the actual perpetrator remains unidentified.
Cole has pleaded not guilty and is scheduled to stand trial in February. Prosecutors say they have surveillance footage, cellphone records, evidence of bomb-component purchases, and an alleged confession tying him to the devices.
The FBI has also said a previously identified alternative suspect was investigated and that the investigation found no evidence connecting her to the pipe bombs.

🔥 EXPLOSIONS at the hearing for the alleged J6 Pipe Bomber late last week!
HERE’S THE SCOOP:
💥 Proud Boy Chairman Enrique Tarrio held a press conference outside calling for Cole's release. Counter-protesters showed up to disrupt it.
💥 Inside, controversial prosecutor Jocelyn Ballentine, the same prosecutor Tarrio and J6 defendants have accused of pressuring them to lie under oath, told the judge the government is almost done with discovery. She was joined by FBI agent Nick Hanak, also accused by Tarrio of the same.
💥 But in a motion, Cole's defense says something is still missing: the original, native puppy alibi video of a Capitol Police officer, a suspect the FBI once polygraphed over this exact case, and who failed it.
💥 Also at the hearing: the government is trying to block Cole's attorney from also representing the journalist being sued for identifying that officer as a suspect, citing conflict of interest. Ruling pending.
💥 And a constitutional fight over the geofence "dragnet" warrant that swept up Cole's phone, the same type of warrant SCOTUS just ruled on in Chatrie v. United States.
Cole is back in court Oct. 1 for another arraignment + status conference. Trial: February.

Me and Oliver drove up to South Dakota to pick up Peppermint, a little Shiba Inu who’s been fostered by Nick, Candace, and their beautiful family. And honestly, without them, this rescue never would’ve happened.
People don’t talk about it enough, but fosters are one of the most important parts of rescue. They’re the bridge between danger and safety. They’re the reason dogs have a place to land while the next step is being figured out.
Huge thank you to Nick, Candace, and their family for opening their home, giving Peppermint love, and making this possible.

This is my dog Duke. He’s a 62 pound 5 1/2 year old pitty/ boxer mix. I rescued him from the shelter about a year and a half ago. He just recently graduated from therapy dog training. I’m so proud and happy for him! I think he’ll do great!

This is my dog Duke. I rescued him about 1 1/2 years ago. He’s about 5 1/2 years old and a 62 pound pitty/boxer mix. He’s such a good dog! Loves people, kids and other dogs. Over the summer he graduated obedience training to become a therapy dog. Last night he passed a 6 week temperament testing class. I have a little more to learn and he has 1 more evaluation to pass but I think he’s got this! Could be a real rags to riches story!Adopt don’t shop! ❤️😍🐾
