NDC KWARA STATE CHAPTER APPEAL FOR CAMPAIGN MATERIALS AND GRASSROOTS MOBILISATION SUPPORT To: All NDC Members, Supporters, Stakeholders, Friends and Well-Wishers Across Nigeria and the Diaspora Subject: Humble Request for Support with Campaign and Publicity Materials in Kwara State Dear NDC Supporters and Stakeholders, The NDC Kwara State Chapter respectfully appeals to all members, supporters, stakeholders and well-wishers of the NDC across Nigeria and around the world to support our grassroots mobilisation and public-awareness efforts in Kwara State with campaign and publicity materials. As we continue to strengthen the party's presence across Kwara South, Kwara Central and Kwara North there is an urgent need for more visibility materials at the grassroots level. THE GRASSROOTS VISIBILITY CHALLENGE One of the major challenges currently facing our campaign structure in Kwara State is insufficient visibility of the NDC presidential ticket and other approved campaign messages across several communities. Despite the importance of grassroots communication, the visibility of Peter Obi and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, the NDC presidential and vice-presidential candidates respectively, remains limited in some parts of Kwara South, Kwara North and Kwara Central. The absence of sufficient billboards, posters, banners and other publicity materials makes it difficult for the party's grassroots structures to communicate effectively with residents. We therefore appeal to NDC supporters nationwide and in the diaspora to come to the assistance of the Kwara State structure by supporting the provision and distribution of these materials. OUR REQUEST We welcome support from individuals, organisations, stakeholders, diaspora supporters and other well-wishers who are willing to contribute toward this grassroots mobilisation effort. Every contribution matters. A single banner, a bundle of posters, a billboard, branded shirts or caps, or any other approved campaign material can help strengthen communication and visibility at the community level. My Visit to the Nigerian Air Force Facility Further to my message yesterday, I visited the Nigerian Air Force facility in Abuja today to formally sign the condolence register following the unfortunate aircraft crash. The visit gave me another opportunity to reflect on the sacrifices made daily by the men and women of our Armed Forces and other security agencies in the line of duty. These courageous Nigerians put their lives on the line to defend our nation and protect our people. We must never take their service and sacrifice for granted. I extend my deepest condolences to the Nigerian Air Force and to the families, colleagues, and loved ones of those who lost their lives. May God grant eternal rest to the departed and give their families the strength and fortitude to bear this painful loss. May God continue to protect all those who serve our country. -PO
