If CRE, CCIP, DTCC, SWIFT, and commodity status are the future of the network, staking should look like it belongs in that future. Regulatory hurdles are not a valid rebuttal when you're in the room shaping the regulations.

Banks will be able to process tokenized deposits alongside traditional payments, without building a separate digital asset operation.
Swift has confirmed its blockchain-based ledger is ready for initial use, with 17 banks across six continents piloting use cases.
Now ACI Worldwide is preparing its cloud-native payments hub for that new infrastructure: lnkd.in/dkkwM8WV
The planned capability will allow banks to:
→ Process tokenized deposits and traditional payments in one hub
→ Route transactions based on speed, cost and availability
→ Use the same controls and operational workflows
→ Maintain visibility across payment flows
As Craig Ramsey, AFPP from ACI puts it:

ACI will showcase the technology at Sibos in Miami on September 30.

Onchain recordkeeping is becoming regulated financial infrastructure.
The CFTC just clarified that registrants can use blockchain technology to satisfy recordkeeping requirements and hold customer funds in tokenized forms of permitted investments.
This is exactly the kind of institutional infrastructure Chainlink has been building.
NEW: CFTC staff updated its crypto FAQs to address customer funds invested in tokenized assets and the use of blockchain technology to satisfy recordkeeping requirements.
Chairman Michael Selig says the changes are part of the agency’s efforts to provide “regulatory clarity for the crypto industry.”
