Part of neutralizing is the target's response and the response of their support system. Trump has multiple enablers who shrug to him in the game and trump dgaf who gets hurt during an event, he will toss lovers to the wolves to protect himself. Most people won't.
The deep state was able to neutralize Swalwell in just 7 days, yet people still think they have dirt on Trump.

It was part of a big funding bill that Congress passed in 2022.

Trump is referring to the Savers Match program under the 2022 Secure 2.0 law, which expands retirement savings plans to millions of working Americans and incentivize savings with a gov-funded match for eligible workers, per a White House official.
It provides a path for an annual match of up to $1,000 for low-income workers. 56 million workers will be eligible, per the official.

They didn't have to call trump out. There were at least 2 of them with appropriate responses ( Absolutely and 2 for 2). It was a choice to laugh, when they could have cheered.
The idea the men's hockey team wasn't rooting for the women, thinks poorly of them, or didn't want them at the WH is all *obviously* absurd.
Politely laughing at sexist jokes you disagree with is a bad look, but expecting people to call out POTUS in that spot is also absurd.
