Anyone surprised about this? 🚨BREAKING: Congressman Jamie Raskin has been ordered to repay the federal government $304,000 he took from the illegal student loan debt relief program for his daughter's tuition to Stanford. "Mr. Raskin knew the program would be shot down," wrote 14th District Judge Joseph A Barron, "so he pushed his application through using his position." Raskin's defense was that the program was perfectly legal when he took the money. "That defense is summarily rejected." The judge also noted that the Raskins are worth more than $14 million and shouldn't have qualified in the first place. "There's grounds for a criminal case here if ever this court saw one."

I’m sick to my freaking stomach reading Tulsi Gabbard’s declassified bombshells. They laid out the entire treasonous plot: weaponizing the Zelensky phone call to impeach Trump, with Rudy Giuliani squarely in their crosshairs next. This wasn’t politics—it was a straight-up coup by corrupt deep state actors to overthrow the will of the American people. These people belong in prison for this shit. Deeply disturbing and downright terrifying.

I have been pretty critical of Trump on Iran, but this is a shamefully dishonest mischaracterization of what he said, which is that he does not want that to happen, and that he thinks that higher gas prices are worth it to ensure that it doesn't.

Purdue: one of the best engineering schools in America. Also Purdue: “Hey, can we get some H-1Bs to come teach the engineering classes?” Imagine being a world-class engineering school and your engineering problem is apparently…..... finding Americans who can teach engineering. This is getting ridiculous.

I'm gonna need someone, someday, to explain why this woman is the focus of near psychopathic hate for a small but vocal group of lunatics
The mom of the little boy Caitlin sat with at the children’s hospital during the Iowa game wrote a touching message thanking Caitlin “Thank you for being the bright spot during his darkest days.” This is what it’s all about ❤️‍🩹

This is from an insider. Take heed. Losing the House matters a lot.
Do you want to know what's at stake this November? Right now, House committee dems are developing ideas for potential oversight actions (hearings, leg items, reports, etc). They are preparing *now* for a win in November, so they can begin a full court press in January. This will cover every department and agency action from the routine (eg reprogramming funds from pet programs) to the more involved (Maduro, cartel strikes, etc). The House has historically been the chamber dedicated to the theater portion of “political theater” but if the Dems win, expect it to look like a musical of organized chaos. There will be a lot of throwing things at the wall to see what sticks. And committee leaders will use their positions to figure out what attacks are resonating and which ones aren’t. The focus will be more on the bread and butter issues: healthcare, affordability, etc. And expect House Dems to come together on legislative items to push that message on bills that will allow them to make Senate Rs look like they are against making living more affordable for American workers. The culture wars will also be on the table, but it will be focused less on making points you'd hear from the Western Mass covid conscious bar patrons, and more on constituencies that have traditionally represented core voting blocks for Dems (women, minorities, etc). To the extent there will be any DSA-esque talking points mirrored- it will be those intersectionality issues that connect class-conscioussness with race-consciousness, and framed in subtle and not-entirely-accurate ways like "the disappearing Black middle class." And because no member of this administration will want to cooperate with any policy and/or character assassination attempts by the House, expect support for these efforts from the usual suspects and new players of DC think tanks and advocacy orgs. [Side note: a good tell of whether a "Committee Report" is substantively driven vs theater driven: is it authored by both sides or just one (with minority views), does it lift whole passages or policy points from outside orgs, and was any agency involved in creating it?] To the extent the American people want to see a focus on real, workable policies that *actually* help families and working class Americans, do not look to the House. Assuming the House does flip, and the Senate stays like it (with possibly thinner margins), you can expect even less (no, don't laugh) from Congress next year.

Elon Musk already fled with Tesla, SpaceX, In N Out, Oracle, Chevron, CBRE...you have to be vegetable level dumb to look at all the companies fleeing for Texas and say "eh, nobody's going anywhere!". Rohit married into money, so of course I'm not surprised he's economically illiterate, but this is insane. Look at the disaster that just happened in LA. They just jacked our sales tax over 10% because they pushed so many businesses and successful people out of LA, they have to make up that loss in tax revenue off the backs of poor and middle class people. Remember, it's easy to get hyped about income taxes, because poor people don't pay that at all...but they get disproportionately damaged by sales tax increases, which is always the inevitable result of these kinds of punitive taxes. I'm not rich. I don't care about billionaires getting taxed. But I know that it NEVER stops with them. It always ends up fucking us, because the people with means will leave. Of course, not all of them...but enough that these scammers in government like Rohit will invariably have to raise OUR taxes to make up for it. Don't forget...while Khanna likes to trivialize it by saying "oh it's just these 250 people with all the wealth", what he's not telling you is that these 250 people also supply 50% of the state's general fund. Literally half of all of California's public services are funded by this small group of uber-wealthy people that he's demonizing. So if a few of them leave...who's gonna pay for all the firefighters? What about CalTrans? Well...we know exactly what will happen...ANOTHER sales tax hike is on the ballot right now in LA to fund the LAFD that Karen Bass defunded. So YOU will be making up for it. And our gas is the highest in the country entirely because of the ever-increasing gas taxes...so yes, YOU will end up paying for all the damage that Rohit and all his commie minions will bring upon our economy by attacking the people who fund our public services. I don't care if you hate billionaires. They don't care either. They're enjoying their yachts. But you have to understand the financial situation we are in. Gavin Newsom and all the slime bags in Sacramento with their $120B trains to nowhere and $140M wildlife bridges to nowhere have been spending us into financial ruin. We are being looted with fraud. And those billionaires you hate are the only ones keeping the entire California economy from collapsing under the weight of all this atrocious governance. This one time punitive tax will help fund a tiny special interest group for one year. That's it. YOU will see absolutely zero benefit. Not even 1/3rd of 1% of California will get any money from this tax. It's something like 80K union employees will get a one time temporary stimulus. Then it's gone. But if just a few of these titan industrialists leave the state, like Elon did, and they take thousands of jobs and industry with them...that damage is PERMANENT. This is 100% an Atlas shrugged moment, and I will bet you my Airstream this will end up costing you and me even more...because it ALWAYS does. And the billionaires will be fine either way.

Jack Smith made Watergate look like child's play.
🚨 HOLY SMOKES. Jack Smith's team TRACKED the calls of Trump's defense lawyers by monitoring Susie Wiles' phone, per newly declassified FBI memos reported by Just The News Smith's team also SECRETLY met with disgraced CIA Chief John Brennan and the meeting notes were left blank. The memos show FBI agents used a pen register on Wiles' phone from at least February to May 2023, logging her calls and texts with at least 21 Trump lawyers, campaign staff, and at least FIVE journalists FBI field agents wrote that they did NOT believe there was probable cause for the Mar-a-Lago raid, but DOJ pushed ahead anyway 😡 THIS IS A MASSIVE VIOLATION Jack Smith is a deep state criminal who should face prosecution!

Wow. What a bitch move by Becerra. Debates are good for voters, Xavier. Just try it.
🚨 BREAKING: Becerra PULLS OUT of tomorrow's LA Times debate. The move comes after a new poll found CNN debate viewers favored Hilton 74% to 20%. In August, Becerra promised MULTIPLE debates. Now after losing the first, he's back in hiding—taking voters for granted. Pathetic!

🚨🚨 Eric Trump just flipped the script on Chris Cuomo live on-air, leaving him shocked. Cuomo accused President Trump of going after his political opponents the moment he took office… Eric sounded off: “Did we, did we try and bankrupt Biden? Did we raid Biden's home? Did we try and bankrupt Biden?” “Did we weaponize every AG and DA against Biden? Do we do that against Hunter Biden who had a laptop from hell, pictures of cocaine, illicit drug use, prostitution?” “Did we make up a dirty dossier? About Biden, did they try and destroy Biden's marriage? Did we make up stories that Biden had secret servers in the basement of his home communicating with the Kremlin in Russia?” “Did we strip Biden off the ballot of multiple states? Did we take Biden off of Twitter and Instagram and Facebook and try and silence his voice so he couldn't communicate?” “Did we put Biden in a courtroom every single day for nonsense to try and keep him off of a campaign trail to try and destroy his life?”

As important as this story is, that Maher Bitar is collaborating with AI leaders is scary. Bitar is more or less in charge of staffing key national security and foreign affairs positions if a Democratic President is elected in 2028.
EXCLUSIVE: 🚨 White House Staff Attended a Closed Door AI Summit Hosted By Biden National Security Advisor And AutoPen Overlord Jake Sullivan At Harvard 2 Days Ago 🚨 Sanctioned Outreach, or Disloyalty? White House and State Department officials joined a closed Harvard session hosted by former Biden national security advisor Jake Sullivan and attended by Trump haters Susan Rice, Phil Gordon, and Avril Haines, according to a copy of the participant list for the gathering I have exclusively obtained. The “Dialogue on AI Self-Improvement and National Security,” was held September 30 and October 1 at the Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at @Harvard. This event has not appeared on the center’s public calendar, and it suspiciously occurred one month before the midterm elections. Sullivan is listed as a host, along with Belfer Center director Meghan O’Sullivan and J. Michael McQuade. Susan Rice @AmbassadorRice, national security adviser under Barack Hussein Obama and domestic policy advisor under Joe Biden, is listed with the RAND Corporation. Phil Gordon, national security advisor to Kamala Harris @KamalaHarris, is listed with the Brookings @BrookingsInst Institution. Avril Haines, Biden’s director of national intelligence, is listed with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Maher Bitar, an Islamic jihadist and senior National Security Council aide in the Biden White House, appears with National Security Action. Christy Abizaid, Biden’s director of the National Counterterrorism Center, is listed with Google. Tarun Chhabra, who oversaw technology and national security on Jake Sullivan’s staff during the Biden administration, is listed with @AnthropicAI, as are Tino Cuéllar and Andy Jones. Jon Finer, Sullivan’s former deputy, is also on the list. All of these people have been vicious public critics and saboteurs of President Trump. Sullivan oversaw the Biden Autopen and has used his Harvard post, and a podcast with Finer to argue that the administration is mishandling China, Iran, and technology competition. Rice has opposed President Trump since his first term and participated in spying on him. Phil Gordon advised Harris in the 2024 Presidential campaign against Trump, Haines led the Biden intelligence community that engaged in Weaponized government and politicized leaks, National Security Action, Bitar’s listed affiliation, was built by former Democrat officials to contest Republican national-security policy. Several months ago, I successfully exposed Bitar and his security clearance was revoked over his ties to Islamic radicals and his participation in the Russian collusion hoax. Tarun Chhabra moved from Sullivan’s staff to Anthropic, one of the firms now across the table from skeptical Trump officials who oversee its regulatory and export-control interests. Recently, Anthropic told the Trump administration that they fired Tarun Chhabra. Based off of this list I obtained, it sure looks like Anthropic lied! Nobody is surprised! The same list includes current Trump administration staff: Stephen Andrews, of the White House Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy; Jon Askonas of the State Department’s @StateDept Policy Planning Staff; Landon Heid, of the National Security Council; Wells King and Christopher Lord, of the Office of the Vice President @VP ; and Ryan Kaldahl, of the office of Senate Majority Leader John Thune @LeaderJohnThune. Google, Google DeepMind, OpenAI, Meta, and Anthropic are among the companies that were represented at the event. Why would Trump administration officials who are supposed to be loyal to President Trump attend an event with Obama and Biden officials who spied on President Trump? Has @POTUS seen this? Was this event sanctioned by the White House, or is this evidence of subversion and disloyalty one month before the midterm elections? President Trump hates Jake Sullivan and Susan Rice. This is not a good look! 👇🏻

Far be it from me to stop anyone from throwing greasy Gavin under the bus, but Rohit Khanna is loaded (250M+) through marriage. But he’s not a billionaire, so he’s actually bitter and envious of the tres comma club guys. Especially the ones who earned it. That’s all this is.
Ro Khanna: “These billionaires are putting in $200M to try to kill Proposition 40. Some of the SEIU-UHW members I’ve talked to are tired of Democratic politicians like Gavin Newsom taking their marching orders from the donors who would fund a future presidential campaign. We are tired of a governor defying grassroots delegates in the California Democratic Party all because he’s on the side of Trump allies like Peter Thiel and Sergey Brin. You can’t pretend to be anti-Trump if you’re doing the bidding of Trump donors”
