The NY Attorney General filed a civil fraud lawsuit against Trump and fined him a whopping $350M in penalties bc they believed he committed fraud for favorable loan terms (wasn't a single victim in that case and with zero legal precedent; the bank sided with Trump's value of Mara Lago). But, it's Trump he's the one using this "mortgage fraud weapon" to go after his political enemies. Funny how that double standard works. She's literally a clown. LMAO.
