A place for discovering artists and work, developing taste and identity, participating in community, and bringing those relationships into the real world. $GAL is the community layer forming around that ecosystem. Try doing things. I mean that literally. Do something that others take note of. Mary Shelley for example or Marie Curie. Above all, don't do things "as a woman" because then you'll feel like you've failed not only yourself but all the others. Do it for yourself & your family, like men do.

I agree. The problem is that the yin vs the yang definitions of agentic are different, and when we tell women to be more agentic, that often means prescribing us more societally-default yang definitions of agentic, focused on doing more and achieving more (which honestly, both men and women could use less of). When people tell women to be more agentic and accountable, rarely does it have to do with being discerning, cultivating backbone/strong moral code, having character/integrity, owning your decisions and taste, being in your power and responsible with that power.
