This “NYC man’s” name is Dawood Faisal. He is a Muslim, and he intentionally ran over a Jewish woman, killing her. He was driving 75 mph in a 35 mph zone in a heavily Jewish area. He had already vandalized the Jewish bagel shop in the neighborhood. Never again is now.
