Plume is turning home equity loans into onchain yield @plumenetwork launched its nPRIME vault today, built on PRIME, a Hastra token. PRIME earns interest by funding Figure's loans in the months before they are sold to long-term investors. Depositors skip Hastra's hourly rate auctions entirely. The yield comes from real borrower interest and is not guaranteed.

An ideal example of something that's about to break out: $PLUME. It's been consolidating for the entire year. That's nine full months. The moment that it breaks such a range, that's when you get a super volatile move to the upside. What could it be? 2x, 3x, 5x? I wouldn't be surprised if this does a 3-5x in the coming weeks if this high is taken out.

Introducing nPRIME. Access yield from Figure’s $30 billion home equity lending market directly via Plume Vaults. When @Figure funds a home equity loan, it can take months before it sells that loan to a long-term investor. Previously, banks provided the working capital to bridge the gap between origination and sale. Democratized Prime opens that opportunity. Investors earn yield by providing short-term capital. @HastraFi manages the auctions and packages the positions into PRIME. nPRIME brings it all together via Plume Vaults. One deposit, no auctions to navigate, and no position to manage. Just real-world consumer lending yield directly in your wallet. Explore the new nPRIME vault today → app.plume.org/vaults/nprime

$PLUME : Review 📜 What if the way to get regulated assets on-chain was not to wait for the rules, but to walk into the SEC and propose them? Meet Plume, an RWA chain whose General Counsel is a former SEC and CFTC lawyer, and who in September took a written framework for vault regulation directly to the SEC Crypto Task Force. It already holds a transfer agent licence, an ADGM licence, and a seat at the DTCC's tokenization table. Let's explore the chain with the best regulatory position in RWA and the hardest capital problem. 👇 ⚪ Plume at a Glance Marketplace Insight: Plume holds a regulatory position no comparable chain matches, with an SEC-registered transfer agent licence, an ADGM licence, a DTCC working group seat alongside BlackRock and Goldman Sachs, and now a General Counsel who took a vault regulation framework directly to the SEC Crypto Task Force. The clean contrast is that the capital did not follow. Tokenized asset value fell from $645 million to roughly $177 million over the past year, and chain DeFi TVL collapsed from $236.7 million to about $6.5 million. What held was people: roughly 260,600 RWA holders, more than any other chain and barely below the peak. Plume kept its users and lost its deposits. ⚪ Mission Plume exists to make tokenized real-world assets usable rather than merely issued. The argument is that the first wave of tokenization solved the wrong half of the problem, putting assets on-chain without giving investors anywhere to use them, and that RWAs carry legal obligations general-purpose chains ignore entirely: transfer restrictions, accredited investor gating, KYC attestation, transfer agent recordkeeping, and corporate actions all sit outside standard ERC-20 logic. Plume builds those into the chain itself, so a verified identity carries across issuers instead of resetting at each one. 🔵 A Brief History Plume was founded by Chris Yin and Teddy Pornprinya, combining venture and product experience from Scale Venture Partners with exchange and business development backgrounds from Binance and Coinbase Ventures. The company raised $30 million across seven rounds beginning in 2024, and PLUME first traded in January 2025, peaking at $0.240 that March. The decisive move came in October 2025, when Plume became one of the first blockchain-native entities registered with the SEC as a transfer agent through Kimber Transfer Agency, which it wholly owns. That status lets it legally manage shareholder records, process ownership changes, and report cap tables directly to regulators and to infrastructure providers including DTCC. The token rose 25% on the news. Institutional deployments followed quickly: WisdomTree launched 14 tokenized funds, Apollo Global deployed $50 million in private credit through Grove and Centrifuge, Invesco moved a $6.3 billion senior loan strategy on-chain, and EY selected Plume to host Nightfall. 2026 widened the regulatory footprint and tested the capital base. An ADGM licence arrived alongside in-principle approval for a Bermuda Class M Digital Asset Business Licence, the KRW1 stablecoin integrated for Korean institutional access, and a Securitize partnership followed. In February the chain shipped ArbOS 51 with BoLD. In August, Plume joined the DTCC Digital Assets Solutions Industry Working Group alongside Charles Schwab, Nasdaq, BlackRock, and Goldman Sachs, a group that has since passed 100 members and is shaping a Tokenization Service scheduled for commercial launch in October 2026, after DTCC completed production trades on Russell 1000 stocks and ETFs in July. Through the same period, tokenized asset value on Plume fell from $645 million to roughly $177 million. The past month brought the sharpest regulatory move yet. On 21 and 22 September, General Counsel Salman Banaei, previously counsel at both the SEC and CFTC, submitted a written framework and met with the SEC Crypto Task Force, arguing that onchain vault regulation should be function-based rather than label-based, so that neutral protocol developers without custody or investment discretion are not automatically treated as securities intermediaries, while curators and vault token issuers who select strategies and exercise discretion are. The submission also sought clarity on tokenized funds, transfer-agent rules, custody, and AML for onchain interests. The SEC published it through the Task Force process without adopting it. Alongside that, the FACTOR vault launched on 8 September with Deep Ocean Partners and Tradable, offering short-dated invoice factoring at a target 14% net APY with weekly liquidity, opening at roughly $15 million capacity and reported oversubscribed. Distribution widened with nOPAL going live on Kamino, Solana's largest lending protocol, four Nest vault tokens usable as Morpho collateral on Ethereum through Aerie Capital, and the first liquid staking for PLUME via Mystic Finance at around 4.5% APY. BlackOpal's LiquidStone II vault of tokenized Brazilian credit-card receivables crossed $100 million AUM, and Binance opened a Simple Earn promotion sharing a 70 BNB boost pool through 22 October. 🔵 Ecosystem Narrative The organizing idea is that tokenization only matters if the assets end up somewhere useful, so every layer targets distribution and compliance rather than issuance alone. ➛ Regulatory infrastructure. An SEC-registered transfer agent through Kimber, plus ADGM and pending Bermuda licences, letting Plume maintain official onchain ownership records for tokenized securities, the credential that distinguishes it from chains that only host assets. ➛ Shaping vault policy directly. Rather than waiting on rules, Plume's General Counsel took a written framework to the SEC Crypto Task Force, proposing that regulation attach to curators and vault token issuers who exercise discretion rather than to infrastructure providers who do not, among the more direct attempts any RWA project has made to influence US policy. ➛ Compliance as chain modules. Arc for issuance, Passport for identity, and Predicate for bridge screening, so a verified identity carries across issuers rather than resetting with each one. ➛ Short-duration credit through FACTOR. Invoice factoring and working capital facilities targeting 14% net APY with weekly liquidity, generating yield by cycling capital through self-liquidating receivables rather than reaching for credit risk, launched oversubscribed against a roughly $4.6 trillion annual market. ➛ Cross-chain distribution. nOPAL live on Kamino, Solana's largest lending protocol, four Nest vault tokens accepted as Morpho collateral on Ethereum through Aerie Capital, and instant redemptions live across multiple vaults and chains. ➛ Institutional asset base. WisdomTree's 14 tokenized funds, Apollo private credit, Invesco's senior loan strategy, Securitize integration, and BlackOpal's LiquidStone II crossing $100 million in tokenized Brazilian receivables. ⚪ Token Utilities $PLUME is the native asset of the network, with demand tied to activity rather than fee capture. ➛ Gas: pays for transactions and contract execution across the Plume chain. ➛ Staking: secures the network and earns rewards, now available in liquid form as myPLUME through Mystic Finance at around 4.5% APY. ➛ Governance: holders vote on protocol parameters and network direction, including the Protocol 28 upgrade vote initiated in September. ➛ Ecosystem access: underpins vault activity, incentive programs, and the RWA products deployed across the network. ⚪ Key Features ➛ An SEC-registered transfer agent, rare among blockchain-native companies. ➛ Compliance, identity, and bridge screening built into chain modules rather than applications. ➛ Institutional deployments from WisdomTree, Apollo, Invesco, and EY. ➛ Leading the RWA category by holder count with roughly 260,600 wallets. ➛ Nest vaults spanning private credit, receivables, and invoice factoring. ➛ Distribution through Kamino on Solana, Morpho on Ethereum, and instant cross-chain redemptions. 🔵 Meet the Team Plume pairs crypto-native operators with genuine regulatory and capital-markets expertise, which matters because its entire thesis rests on credentials rather than throughput. ▶️ Core Members: ➛ Chris Yin [ @chriseyin ] - Co-Founder and CEO | Came from Scale Venture Partners and Rainforest QA with a product and venture background, and leads strategy and the institutional partnerships that have brought managers like WisdomTree and Invesco onto the network. ➛ Teddy Pornprinya [ @teddyP_xyz ] - Co-Founder and CBO | Previously at Binance and Coinbase Ventures, he runs business development and the exchange and distribution relationships behind the Binance, Kamino, and multi-venue integrations. ➛ Ryan Wen[ @TripleVodkaSoda ] - COO | Stepped up from Head of Operations and Strategy into the chief operating role, a UC Berkeley alum now running operations across the company. It is a meaningful appointment for a business whose product is partly regulatory, since an SEC-registered transfer agent carries recordkeeping and reporting obligations that are operational work rather than engineering work. ➛ Shukyee Ma - CSO | Owns strategy across the company, from the institutional positioning that brought WisdomTree, Apollo, and Invesco onto the chain to the distribution thesis now pushing Nest vault tokens onto Solana and Ethereum rather than waiting for capital to come to Plume. The role carries real weight at a project whose competitive edge is regulatory rather than technical. ➛ James Friel [ @James__Friel ] - Head of GTM | Owns the builder and partner side, which on an RWA chain means courting issuers and lending venues rather than retail developers. The recent distribution wins carry his fingerprints: nOPAL going live on Kamino, four Nest vault tokens accepted as collateral on Ethereum Morpho through Aerie Capital, and instant redemptions shipping across multiple vaults and chains. Getting Plume's assets accepted on other ecosystems' venues is how a chain with thin native TVL stays relevant. ➛ Tiffany Lung [ @tiffylung ] - Head of Marketing | Runs marketing and communications for a project whose story is genuinely hard to tell, since transfer agent registration, function-based vault regulation, and bridge screening modules do not compress into a chart. The past month asked a lot of that function, carrying an SEC Crypto Task Force submission, a FACTOR vault launch, a Binance Simple Earn campaign, and RWA Academy content at once. ➛ Kimber Transfer Agency | The load-bearing entity. A wholly owned, SEC-registered transfer agent that lets Plume maintain official ownership and cap-table records for tokenized securities, the credential underpinning its institutional positioning, with General Counsel Salman Banaei, a former SEC and CFTC counsel, anchoring the regulatory work behind it. 🔵 Ratings ➛ Use Case: ★★★★⯪ (4.5/5). Plume leads the niche it competes in, RWA-native infrastructure, and the leadership is verifiable rather than asserted. It holds SEC transfer agent registration, an ADGM licence, a DTCC working group seat alongside BlackRock and Goldman Sachs, and it has attracted genuine institutional deployments from WisdomTree, Apollo, Invesco, and EY. It leads the RWA category by holders with roughly 260,600 wallets, more than any other chain. The September SEC Crypto Task Force submission goes further than most projects attempt, proposing an actual regulatory framework rather than lobbying for clarity. The 0.5-point deduction is that capital has left even as credentials accumulated, with tokenized asset value down from $645 million to roughly $177 million, and competition from Provenance at $1.6 billion TVL, Ondo, Securitize, and Centrifuge remains formidable. ➛ Tokenomics: ★★★★ (4/5). The supply structure is genuinely healthy for a recent launch. A fixed 10 billion maximum with no perpetual inflation, roughly 62% already circulating, and real base-layer utility across gas, staking, and governance. That float is cleaner than most 2025 and 2026 launches, which typically list with 15% to 20% circulating and years of cliff unlocks ahead. Utility widened this month with the first liquid staking product through Mystic Finance at around 4.5% APY, letting stakers keep capital deployable, and Binance's Simple Earn promotion sharing a 70 BNB boost pool adds near-term holding incentive. The 1-point deduction is the demand side. Roughly 3.7 billion tokens remain locked, chain activity has fallen sharply enough that gas and staking demand is thin, and there is no burn or revenue-share mechanism routing institutional asset activity back to holders. ➛ Audits: ★★★★⯪ (4.5/5). Plume holds a verified CertiK Skynet Score of 87.58 (AA), backed by a completed CertiK audit, team verification, an active bug bounty, and a verified contract, with three audit reports publicly available. That is a genuine top-tier verified score and the bar for this tier, and it sits alongside a compliance architecture most chains cannot match, including regulated transfer agency, Predicate bridge screening, and Passport identity attestation. The 0.5-point deduction stays honest even here: the network's real risk surface extends beyond smart contracts into off-chain transfer agency records, custody of tokenized assets, and the integrity of the institutional issuers whose products sit on the chain, none of which a contract audit certifies. ➛ Community: ★★★★ (4/5). The holder data is the strongest argument here and it is genuinely striking. Roughly 260,600 RWA holders leads every chain in the category and sits only slightly below the 280,000 peak, meaning users stayed through a period when deposits fell by more than 70%. That is unusual and says something real about conviction. The builder ecosystem is active, with vault products, cross-chain deployments on Kamino and Morpho, and integration partners shipping. The 1-point deduction is that retail mindshare remains modest relative to the institutional profile, price action has been driven by regulatory headlines rather than sustained usage, and the gap between holder count and capital deployed suggests many holders are positioned rather than participating. 🔵 Conclusion Plume has built something genuinely difficult in a category full of announcements: regulatory infrastructure that actually functions. An SEC-registered transfer agent, an ADGM licence, a DTCC working group seat, and a General Counsel who can walk a vault regulation framework into the SEC Crypto Task Force and have it published as part of the record. On top of that sit real deployments from WisdomTree, Apollo, Invesco, and EY, and category leadership by holder count. The bull case rests on something the outflows do not touch. Roughly 260,600 RWA holders is more than any other chain and barely below the peak, so users stayed while capital rotated. The transfer agent licence, the ADGM licence, the DTCC seat, and a General Counsel who can walk a framework into the SEC Crypto Task Force are assets competitors cannot assemble quickly. Plume did the regulatory work first and the distribution work second, which is the correct order and the harder one. When DTCC's Tokenization Service goes commercial, the chains already holding transfer agent registration are the ones positioned to plug in. Whether the deposits come back is what the next year decides.

Roughly $4 trillion in receivables gets financed annually, and almost all the funding comes from large institutions. nOPAL puts a piece of that onchain, while @strata_markets turns it into a position you can customize in ways that best fit your portfolio.

BREAKING: PLUME MEETS WITH SEC ON ONCHAIN VAULT RULES Plume met with the SEC on September 22 to discuss regulatory rules for onchain vaults, following an earlier written submission on how vaults should fit within securities laws. The proposal argues curators with investment discretion should face different rules than neutral protocol developers, and that neutral infrastructure shouldn't automatically trigger securities regulation. $PLUME

Your BEST ASSETS are FREE Unfortunately so are your WORST LIABILITIES When I was in Sunday School I was taught: “And the word became flesh…. and dwelt amongst us.” In other words your words become YOU. Biggest free liabilities: “I can’t afford it.” “l’ll try.” “The rich are greedy.” These are the words of poor people. I am 4th -Generation Japanese-American. I don’t speak Japanese. If I was going to live or do business in Japan I would learn Japanese. In the world of the rich….the rich speak the language of money. For example do you know the difference between these 3-words? 1: Earned 2: Portfolio 3: Passive Simply said: The poor work for earned income. The poor go to school, get a job, and work for a paycheck. Earned income is the worst income, yet that is the type of income…our schools teach student to work hard and study for. On top of that, Earned income is often the highest taxed income. The middle class, go to school, get a job, and invest in a 401 k or IRA. They work hard for “portfolio income” often the second highest taxes. The rich work for “passive income,” income that comes in without working, and is often taxed at zero. That is why Warren Buffet, a billionaire says he pays less in taxes than his secretary. Study, learn the words of money, because the best news is, words are FREE. Lesson: Choose your words carefully….because words do become flesh. Thank you for following my words.
